It includes all the options you’d expect for secure file transfers, and you can configure it so the receiving user can also upload documents through the provided link. Within the portal, there are also options for managing folders, including downloading, renaming, duplicating, copying, moving, and deleting them. I like SFTP To Go because it's simple and straightforward. They don't try to sell you on anything you don't need, and they understand that different customers have different levels of needs. A lot of other providers try to sell you entire solutions that don't really make sense for my type of business. Sometimes I find that their file storage limits seem to be a little lower than I would like. But it also helps me maintain some good data hygiene. So overall, it's a pretty good balance. Feature Requests / Suggestions:

I really appreciate that SFTP To Go is easy to use. When we get a new customer, setting up a new SFTP server takes just a minute. It's great that we don't have to worry about maintaining or hosting an SFTP server ourselves; everything is handled by SFTP To Go. I find the pricing for SFTP To Go a bit off. The smallest package is for 20 SFTP credentials, which makes sense for 20 customers, but if you have just 1 customer or up to 20, the price remains the same. It was quick to set up and implement and we were using it the same afternoon we licensed it. Our organization have been using it for just over a year now for ongoing automated file exchanges that occur several times a day with multiple different products and it's worked very well, no hiccups. For the most part we're very happy with the product, but I would say that the interface is a little dated looking and can be a little clunky, but too bad. Not really a dislike, more of a request to allow the concept of nested access for levels of control. We have members of teams who need access to customer data in groups assigned to them but no access to other folks/teams. Would be nice to allow that finite control level. I really like the UI and the webhooks feature in SFTP To Go. I was able to create an access credential for just a specific subfolder of our server, which is really handy. Every time I think of some feature or custom setting that I need, it usually is there. It also sends webhooks to our system for call recording downloads and transcription, which is quite seamless.
