While overall, the service works exceptionally well, one minor area for improvement could be the reporting and analytics features. It would be helpful to have more detailed insights into transfer logs and system performance, especially for tracking data flow at a granular level. Neede a quick and easy set up for a proof of concept project and tried multiple providers. Found SFTP to go through Digital Ocean . It was easier than others but still a bit Awkward. Changed to a direct account with SFTP and they helped set up new account and easily transfer the Data over from the resale account. The file management interface could use work. 100 files at a time limit is cumbersome but used FIle zilla to handle it.

I can't fully review the service as we've just signed up and I am writing this on day 1, but so far their support documentation and direct support via chat has been excellent and it's nice talking to a real human instead of a bot. So far I've added a user, and it was pretty intuitive to do so. I was also able to test connectivity with WinSCP immediately with the new user account and it went smoothly.
