What do you like best about Service Fusion?

It's easy to use and it syncing to Quick Books. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Service Fusion?

It's needs improvement with inventory reports and the ability to issue credit memos to customers and then the ability to apply it to any invoice without back dating the credit. Credit belongs in the current period not the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Service Fusion?

Service Fusion provides a very wide range of tools that helps a lot in scheduling, invoicing and inventory management. It has been very helpful to me due to its excellent dispatch features. The customer service is one of the best i have seen! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Service Fusion?

Service Fusion has been overall very helpful. One thing I'd like to recommend is to lower the prices as it is jot feasible for small startups. Auto response in support can also see some improvement is quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Service Fusion?

It is very user-friendly. It is also effortless to customize it to fit your company's needs. The search bar at the top has to be my favorite thing, type in whatever info you have, and it searches EVERYTHING! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Service Fusion?

The app to use on tablets and phone is very limited in what it can do. My company was hoping it would cut down on the techs calling the office so much but the things they call for (PO's, Emailing Invoices, etc) you can not do from the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Service Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has cut down on the paperwork. Our techs can get them to digitally sign through the app after they enter the service performed. It frees the office up to do other things besides entering work orders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Service Fusion?

Such great support and SO many functions. I have used other software that charges for all these services that SF includes in their package. It has excellent Dispatch features, and Customer info has many things you can add, Quickbooks Integration and Custom Templates. The customer service is also fantastic. My questions are always answered very quickly. One of the best parts of using Service Fusion is its great price. You get so much value for their straightforward pricing. Sometimes in the field, the usability and slower download speeds of the app are hard to learn. Mobile devices' functionality could be slightly simpler as it can be harder for older techs to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Service Fusion?

To start with, they don't require a long commitment to try the software, it is priced per company rather than per user. The initial integration with QuickBooks Desktop was easy to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Service Fusion?

Where do I start? Past the initial set up it feels like the development team does not listen to its users and it is full of half baked features that do not work. To make matters worse, they seem to introduce more half baked features to look good on a cut sheet. As a long term user of the platform, when we signed up, it was far better than many of its competitors, based on the sell sheet, but the improvements are very few, even ones that could be easily implemented. Dispatching and scheduling jobs. We have attempted to use the inventory module, but it is so half baked that it takes more work than it's worth Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Service Fusion?

The UI was ok, however navigating was tedious and the software was priced high for a small start up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Service Fusion?

We purchased a business that was using SF and we were excited to get started. However our welcome was "we need your credit card..." Not Welcome, let's set up a call and walk you through our platform. Support auto response was quick but send irrelevant information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Service Fusion?

What do you dislike about Service Fusion?

I use it on my phone. The desktop version.

And the issue I am having is when a message comes on the "x" to turn it off does not fit on the screen and so I cannot use it when there is a message like this one for a review. I also cannot logout bwcausw the emblem I need to click is not fitting on ghe screen so I cannot access account settings through my mobile device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
