It is very user-friendly. It is also effortless to customize it to fit your company's needs. The search bar at the top has to be my favorite thing, type in whatever info you have, and it searches EVERYTHING! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The app to use on tablets and phone is very limited in what it can do. My company was hoping it would cut down on the techs calling the office so much but the things they call for (PO's, Emailing Invoices, etc) you can not do from the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Such great support and SO many functions. I have used other software that charges for all these services that SF includes in their package. It has excellent Dispatch features, and Customer info has many things you can add, Quickbooks Integration and Custom Templates. The customer service is also fantastic. My questions are always answered very quickly. One of the best parts of using Service Fusion is its great price. You get so much value for their straightforward pricing. Sometimes in the field, the usability and slower download speeds of the app are hard to learn. Mobile devices' functionality could be slightly simpler as it can be harder for older techs to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To start with, they don't require a long commitment to try the software, it is priced per company rather than per user. The initial integration with QuickBooks Desktop was easy to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Where do I start? Past the initial set up it feels like the development team does not listen to its users and it is full of half baked features that do not work. To make matters worse, they seem to introduce more half baked features to look good on a cut sheet. As a long term user of the platform, when we signed up, it was far better than many of its competitors, based on the sell sheet, but the improvements are very few, even ones that could be easily implemented. We purchased a business that was using SF and we were excited to get started. However our welcome was "we need your credit card..." Not Welcome, let's set up a call and walk you through our platform. I use it on my phone. The desktop version.
And the issue I am having is when a message comes on the "x" to turn it off does not fit on the screen and so I cannot use it when there is a message like this one for a review.
