**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

Fieldpulse allows me to keep track of everything in one place. I am able to track customer communication, when i send estimates and invoices. I am able to keep track of acceptance of estimates and payments of invoices. Things don't get lost in the shuffle with Fieldpulse!

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

LIke any software, the information you get out is only as good as what you put in. Creating item lists for my estimates take time, but it is not a difficult process.

**What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

before Fieldpulse it was very labor intensive to keep track of estimates and invoices. This allows everything in one place. Also be creating items and pricing i am able to quickly create estimates for customers where pricing is already saved.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

There are many different systems that can be built in. It makes customer communication so much easier, as well as dispatching our installers.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

There are a couple of things that I wish FieldPulse could do. One being that I wish we could send attachments and embedded links as part of the automated emails, and the other being the ability to build quotes without having wifi or cell service.

Quoting customers, dispatching installers, automated emails and customer communication. Saving of important customer information.

Customer Service. 
The system is quite customizable.
Kristian Shirallie answered ALL of our questions and got us up and running in a short amount of time.

I would prefer if there were more options to customize the invoices and estimates that the customers see.

FieldPulse allows us to organize our customers fairly easily by being able to have different Billing and Service addresses.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

The software is great, and has helped us tremendously. Previous software was a challenge to get accurate reporting and was a nightmare for accounting. Their support has been nothing short of outstanding! They have gone well above and beyond to help integrate our custom requirements. With a great mobile app and integration to QuickBooks, my staff are easily able to update tickets in the field, invoice the client, collect payment, close the ticket and everything flows to QuickBooks. Client and ticket history is maintained easily and there isn't any duplicate data entry.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

Booking portal does not have enough options for our needs. We have different arrival time windows for different types of service calls. FieldPulse only offers 1 option for an arrival time window, so we have to use a 3rd party booking system, and use Zapier to send over the appointments. Would really appreciate it if the API allowed all fields to be addressable, so integrations could fully integrate.

**What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Love the integrated scheduling, ticketing, invoicing, payments, and syncronization with QuickBooks. Those features save hours every day of double-entry. The mobile app is terrific, and easy to use. Zapier integration and API allow use with other software.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

Field pulse has changed the way we work in our company. We went from calling for dispatch to being able to schedule a service on an employee and they know the minute we schedule it. It has freed up a ton of time routing drivers and It also has helped the technicians with their paperwork and pictures for jobs they completed. We use this program every day and it was very easy to implement, it only took about a week for everyone to get used to in. It works fantastically with quickbooks sync so there was no hassle there. They always help in a reasonable amount of time with issued that you have with the program. All I can say is this program is life changing for small busines's.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

I don't really have any downsides. If your using it as a time clock as well you can't fix an employees hours if they are currently clocked in. You have to clock them out, fix the issue, clock them in again and manually adjust the time.

Scheduling, time clocks, managing employees times more affectivley and creating tasks for them to complete in their down time.

I like the option to add pictures, and overall it seems like this CRM has all the tools needed to help running a service company

There's a challenge with limited access for me, and the settings seem to be hard to figure out for the account administrator. It created delays a couple of times.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

I love the ease of use of FieldPulse for both the office staff and the field techncians, everything is laid out neatly and makes using the platform easy. I also love how easy it is to assign different technicians to jobs and adjust their time entries. On top of that, I like the feature of the job page breaking down the actual travel time and actual job duration time, it makes keeping track of job completion averages very easy. I also like that the app is user friendly and I can see the schedule clearly while I am out and that I can create a job while on the go.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

I don't like that I can't unhide a job that I created on the app and I wish there was an easier way to keep track of invoices and better history tracking on invoices, estimates, and projects. For example, if I update a project from "current project" to "report workflow" my coworkers cannot see in the history that I made the change or when the change was made.

FieldPulse is a lot more user friendly and a budget friendly option compared to our previous CRM and the integreation of Engage helped us reduce not only our CRM costs but also our phone bill.

Super easy to use.  Has a lot of important features for our customers and team.  Staff is really nice and extremely responsive.

Right now, they don't have a way to filter the tech abilities and service areas for scheduling.  I am being told it should be rolling out soon with an upgrade.

We are migrating from ServiceFusion to FieldPulse.   We aren't really losing any features, which is a huge plus, but gaining a lot that customer's want like tracking techs, smaller windows, and online scheduling.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

Love all of the features they're developing and their reporting is extremely dynamic, which is awesome. Their mobile app for the techs is the best mobile app I've used up to this point and have got zero complaints from techs on it, which is a feat in and of itself haha. Their customer support is awesome and extremely quick to respond!

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

There are definitely some bugs they're working through with a lot of the products their developing and have already run into issues with that within a few weeks of using them. Workflows in the office can be a little clunky and not completely fleshed out, especially in regards to business units/classes. Really wish it had more gatekeeping abilities for the technician's jobs, but hopefully it will be an update in the future. The phone system integrated with Field Pulse is absolutely terrible and would not recommend using it until it's upgraded or they go with a new system. It's just not dynamic in the slightest and extremely basic.

Field Pulse handles all of our dispatching, invoicing, and estimating for our plumbing and pool divisions. It is doing really well in those uses.

That they still have not fixed the calendar on 'create a job' Should be SMTWTFS not MTWTFSS

I like that we have the ability to text and call through FP. The Notification settings make it more custom to each user and I like the scheduling breakdown.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

Some glitches with tags, tax and/quickbook Class drop downs.

FP is primary software for the office and field technicians. We schedule jobs, take payments, and complete jobs all in FP. Overall, FP makes it early throughout the day.

Since it's a web-based app, occasional connection hiccups can cause delays in data refreshing and screen lockups while waiting for updates.

I love using FieldPulse's Projects and Jobs features. I am able to set up workflow in the way that I like and then track porgress in multiple views.

We have a continual issue with the Quickbooks integration switching our tax code lower.

It helps us track our sales, job workflow and the employees. It gives us much better visiblity into the workings of the business.

Have been using Fieldpulse now for almost  a year & i have been very impressed. They have a great support team who is quick to respond.  The features on this app are very useful and help us daily.

Not much to complain about. There are hiccups here and there but they are always short lived.

there has been instances of loading issues , but it is usually short lived as the support team is quick to resolve the issue.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

FieldPulse is very intuitive and user friendly. There are many automated features that you can turn on or off that reduce your workload. FieldPulse helps  keep our company organized and the customer support is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

The reporting features are not as intuitive as the rest of the program. Simple reports such as payment totals or marketing/lead reports feel a bit overwhelming to run. We are currently trying to build out templates for them given that there are too many steps/filters to apply each time you want to run a report.

**What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FieldPulse is making estimating, invoicing and scheduling accepted work simple. It definitely keeps us organized with their customer base and linking all invoices and estimates under the customer name etc. The schedule feature is great as well with being able to put in internal meetings and tasks and well as accepted projects. The preloaded addresses  are very helpful when entering clients. It makes entering clients much faster when speaking with them on the phone. It's benefiting us by keeping us organized and being able to navigate our customers quickly and with ease.

Reporting is clunky and not user friendly. Have had billing issues. Software is slow to respond at times and scheduled jobs have not shown up on the day they were scheduled.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

FieldPulse has been a game changer for my small business. Before FieldPulse, I was running my business through mutliple programs, struggling to keep organized. How, with FieldPulse and FP Payments, everthing is seamlessly integrated. I am making more money because customers don't slip through the cracks and payments are not missed. Customer service is super responsive. I could not be any happeir with my decision!

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

Hmmm...I can't think of much that I don't like other than there is a learning curve when you get started (but they have tons of resouces) but I suspect that is what would happen with any softare.

FieldPulse has helped me become more organized! My income is now more consistent and I am easily managing my schedule.

The best part about FieldPulse are the people behind the software. They are quick to respond and actually listen to their users. I greatly enjoy how customizable the system is to my unique market. I use it everyday with scheduling, notes, and customer information. It was extremely easy to upload our current customer information to FieldPulse.

I dislike that the inventory tab takes so many clicks to get to. That would be my only dislike.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

I love fieldpulse most days, it has been a huge part of our business. It has taken a lot of the BS out of using paper. Storing photos and files in multipe filing cabinets, drawers etc. I like the new features and the willingness to help a small business. 99% of the time help is at your finger tips. It has been a lifesavers many times when it comes to another builder stating we did not do something.....YOU just pull up the customer file and show them the photo that was taken and BOOM.....they close their mouth. I love that so much. 
FieldPulse is ease to use, my techs have the mobile app on their phones and ipads...works great.
We are a forever customer as long as I can afford it. RMF

Cost is always on the table, with the world going in multipe directions.....COST is heavy on the mind.
Sometimes we get error mesages that are hard to get photos of.

I have used FieldPulse for 2.5 years now and all I can say is that their service has been amazing and game changing for my business. I've also spoken to them before and had features added to their software to make my life easier and the software smoother.

We've used FieldPulse for our roofing company for just over 1 yr now. It's affordable for an up and coming business like ours and still offers all of the features we need. It's very user-friendly, even for someone who isn't tech savvy, and I didn't need to spend hours trying to figure out how to use it.  They are always introducing new features and finding ways to improve an already great program

The "buttons" to switch to Notes or Files tab doesn't look like buttons, customers miss this CONSTANTLY. And I want to be able to add products into the estimate without having to enter them to the product list.

I like how despite this being a HVAC, Plumbing, I was able to find my groove for our roofing company. Andrew and John from the customer service team have been so helpful this past week. So many features, I love and I cannot wait to be 100% into the platform after we transition. Our customer rep member Fatima G. is amazing, so nice, and answers my questions. They are adding more features as they grow and as time passes, I cannot wait for them to add features that can relate to our roofing,siding and guttering industry.

Not really targeted towards Roofers or roofing companies, YET. I know FieldPulse is growing and I cannot wait for roofing relating features to be added. Key word: Yet. I hope they take my messages and tickets seriously.

Uploadign photos, demostrating photos to customers. Saves time with invoices, estimates all in one platform. Used to have 4 different apps to control it, and now we are hoping to just use Fieldpulse. Integrated uploading UNLIMITED photos, contracts, estimates, forms, and purchase orders.

FieldPulse is a very intuitive program that allows novice users to be able to enter customers, invoice, and schedule jobs. The support staff is willing to create custom video clips that relate if any issues arise.

There is an opportunity to have a better roll out process for new clients. The zoom calls were a bit wonky with our roll out.

FieldPulse is streamlining having to enter information into two different systems - HouseCall and Quickbooks. FP allows us to enter the information into FP and it automatically updates QB.
