Before Jobber, keeping track of scheduling, invoicing, estimates, and customer communication felt like a juggling act. Jobber centralizes everything in one place, making our processes seamless. It allows us to schedule jobs efficiently, dispatch our team with real-time updates, and ensure customers receive professional, automated follow-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing! What's to dislike about jobber! It only can improve your position Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is a straight forward platform that allows us to quickly add clients and properties. We use it for all of our scheduling daily. It also integrates directly into our Quickbooks. We process all of our payment operations through Jobber, and send all of our quotes there as well. When we transitioned to Jobber years ago the process was fairly simple, and the support team was able to guide us through any steps we needed help with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We do not see any significant drawbacks to using Jobber. We are routinely approached about other FSM's on the market, and prefer to remain with jobber. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how customizable it is. Being able to find creative processes to solve real world problems. Color coding jobs to be able to track patterns and improve efficiency. It is the function that has made this business manageble from an office. It does integrate fairly easily with other apps. We use Quick Books for accountins. We did struggle a little in the begining, but once we learned how they communicate with each other, it became pretty painless. My service techs, especially the youngers-more tech savvy ones, have little issues navigating and following certain processes I put into place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
All software will have its limitations. But jobber has always encouraged our feedback to expand and fit us in better ways. I would say the reporting around profit and loss is pretty thin. But it is a relatively new feature. The reporting custumizability in general could use some work. Currently I have to export into excel to be able to sort and filter most Data in the most helpful ways. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Jobber to organize my scheduled cleaning services as well as send quotes, keep track of invoices, and collect customer payment/deposit. It's very user-friendly and it's exactly what I need for my small business. They have many options as far as pricing packages and the one I am signed up for is perfectly within my budget. It's also very user-friendly to the client so they can access their estimate, and also pay their invoices online securely. I use another CRM with a company called town Square interactive and it was not user-friendly whatsoever. So, I canceled service with them and switched back to Jobber. It's a very great CRM. Only thing I don't like about Jobber right now is that the customer is not given the option to tip if I process payments for their invoice on my end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I tested Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan before deciding on Jobber. In my experience, Jobber just feels more intuitive and user-friendly for everyday tasks like scheduling, invoicing, and client management. Their ongoing software updates show they’re committed to improving the platform, which gives me confidence as my business grows. Plus, the mobile app makes it easy for my team to stay connected on the go. Overall, if you’re looking for a service management tool that’s simple to use and always evolving, I highly recommend giving Jobber a try. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main thing that I really want Jobber to add next is the ability to tag employees so that I can better use thier online booking tool and AI receptionist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love using Jobber because not only does it keep all my client information in one easy to reach place, but it helps me make sure all jobs have been invoiced, payment collected and that quotes are followed up on. It has a variety of features that make my life easier. Jobber even automatically sends out a request for review which has increased our Google reviews!
Jobber is easy to use and set up. The customer support has always been quick and helpful. I use Jobber everyday, to keep my scheduled route the most efficient and to know where my crew will be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My least favorite thing about Jobber is that I wish it had a basic Call Log entry page, that captured the date, first and last name, phone number and email, address, a place to write notes about what the client was calling about and where they got our number from. I'd like that in an easy to use form that feeds into an excel type list that can always be accessed for quick review. I have this built in excel right now but it would be amazing if it integrated right to Jobber, creating a new client automatically with all the information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've been using Jobber for about four months, and it’s made running my handyman business so much easier. I first heard about it from a YouTube channel that actually inspired me to start my own business. While I’m great at the hands-on work, staying organized was a challenge—until I found Jobber.
It helps me keep track of client requests, send out quotes that get approved quickly, and invoice clients easily, whether on the spot or by email/text for later payment. Even though I’m just one guy, Jobber makes it feel like I’ve got a whole team keeping me on schedule and helping me get paid. I’d recommend it to any small business owner who wants to focus more on the work they love and less on the admin side of things! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall, I’ve been really happy with Jobber, but there are a couple of things I think could be improved. One thing that confuses me is the notification system for quotes. When a new client views a quote, I get a notification, which is super helpful. But if I send another quote to the same client, I don’t get a notification that they’ve viewed it. Maybe I’m missing something, but if that’s how it works, I think an update to provide notifications on every quote would be a great addition. It helps a lot to know whether a client has seen the quote before following up.
Another thing I’ve noticed (and this could be due to my subscription level) is that texting clients about an active quote or job doesn’t seem to be available through either the desktop or mobile apps. Staying connected with clients should be a no-brainer, especially since it benefits both the business owner and Jobber, who earns a percentage on digital transactions.
That said, I’m still very pleased with my overall experience and would definitely recommend Jobber. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It works seamlessly between Residential and Commercial projects. We are able to run our entire business on the platform, and our customer base loves it too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the Review Solicitation was more seamless and a part of the standard package. I don't like that there is an internal 'Star Rating' that doesn't live anywhere outside of jobber, we need those Google Reviews to be front and center! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The simple, straight forward nature of every feature and fuction. The startup phase was very easy, and connecting it with our accountant for integration with Quickbooks seemed to be simple enough. Their customer support did a good job of reaching out early on, boardering on pestering which is exactly what we needed as we were busy working in out in the field. We're 2 years in, use Jobber every day, and its been a great benefit to our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The simplicity has its drawbacks, but thats likely outweighed by keeping us focused on the most important things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Jobber does a very efficient job at streamlining everything from scheduling to invoicing and it makes daily operations very smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, anytime that I've gotten frustrated with in Jobber I've been able to reach out to their technical support and it's been able to be resolved after being shown how to do something in a different way or possibly just because of my own user error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
