**What do you like best about Jobber?**

Jobber can be used for all processes of sending and receiving job applications, and for organising groups to carry them out. Jobber includes its own CRM to manage customers and their history of interactions over time.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

The self-service portal that Jobber allows us to set up to receive support requests or sales from customers is unattractive because the notification system for our responses to their requests does not work properly (messages are not notified).

Jobber is recommended to cover all types of work areas, irrelevant of the industry or its size, which makes it a useful tool for the execution of follow-up processes to work teams, and all processes in which they are involved.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When it comes to generating an adequate workflow, Jobber supports any job that requires the mobilization of a team. It is excellent to be able to integrate Jobber and the QuickBooks platform to manage job accounting.

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

It is very useful to be able to see the client's records and to see the next visits and the completed work. Email reminders help our customers know when we are coming and provide important points of contact. Personalizing email is easy. Recurring job characteristics are the key to our choice of Jobber. There is a lot of flexibility in the way we schedule regular work. I especially like that you can choose the frequency (weekly, monthly) and a specific day or day of the week-month.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

Although Jobber has some integration with third party payment processors, what we lack is the ability for Jobber to activate recurring payments with these suppliers. This will help us a lot.

**Recommendations to others considering Jobber:**

I can see that this is a valuable tool for any company that needs to plan and route operations. There is no project management tool per se, so I think it is not suitable for organizations that want to manage projects or work in teams. To be clear, we don't expect Jobber to have this function, so this is not a disadvantage or a disappointment.

**What problems is Jobber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobber has become an indispensable tool for our company. It makes the administration and programming of routing extremely simple. It gives our entire team a clear understanding of the work to be done, and considers the day, week and month so that we can plan accordingly. With the planning function, repetitive tasks can be entered quickly and easily. We also rely on customer email alerts as an important point of contact for our customers.

It looks good, most other CRMs are not user friendly, still lacking simple features that other CRMs have

- No SMS functions - I find it VERY hard to understand how they have not implemented SMS into Jobber, with all this talk about "ORGANIZE YOUR OPERATIONS & IMPRESS YOUR CUSTOMERS" and we can't even send a simple SMS from Jobber, seems very short-sighted - they have SMS for ONLY users in North America, this is a feature we pay for every month but do not get access to. - We cannot SMS APPOINTMENT REMINDERS, ON MY WAY TEXT MESSAGES, CLIENT FOLLOW UPS, QUOTE FOLLOW-UPS, SMS QUOTES, SMS INVOICES

- Jobber Payments - Another feature that we pay for but do not have access to - Use Jobber’s credit card processing to easily take card payments in-person, online, or automatically. Get automated deposits directly to your bank account, and see records of all processed transactions in Jobber. We’ve made payments simple. No additional monthly fees. No hidden fees. No setup fees.

Its very user friendly and makes managing your business a lot easier. Perfect for setting client appointment, logging in client profiles and keep track of daily work

While it is pretty customizable, there is still some room for improvement. It would be nice to have more flexibility to edit and customize client email notifications and appointment reminders

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

Jobber makes managing clients, invoices, past & previous jobs easy. The user portal is easy to use, understand & interpret. I like that you can take payments directly to the invoice. Invoices can be sent to the customer via text message or email & can be paid directly by the customer or can be manually entered in. Each client has their own portal where they can pull up past & present invoices & download them as pdfs.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

Their mobile app for in the field is kind of limited. Employees are not able to take payments directly through the app and have to use a mobile browser, go to the website & login. The only other dislike I have is that their service is missing an e-signature. You can have clients on scene sign with their finger on a device, but clients who are not on scene or in the case of a deposit, there is no way for them to sign remotely.

If you or your company is looking for a sophisticated CRM that is easy to use & offers features that other CRMs are charging absurd amounts for, look no further than Jobber. Jobber is literally the perfect all in one CRM for any sized business. Between client management, invoicing, processing payments, detailed reports & personalized branding, Jobber is the best choice in my opinion.

Jobber simplifies the management of clients. Once a client is stored into the database, they are easily accessible to all of my employees. Invoices can be generated right from within the system & sent directly to the client. Clients can pay or cards can manually entered. Clients have access to their information through an exclusive client hub Jobber offers. Jobber also lets you see when the last time a client has checked their hub, viewed an invoice, opened it or paid it. It has made client organization so much easier.

**What do you like best about Jobber?**

Makes things work such a great amount of better for us! There are little issues yet we work through them. Nothing is impeccable and at the cost point this is marvelously the best available. I got in near ground level with this organization and have perceived how rapidly and unequivocally it has developed. They don't need anything all the more yet to tailor the product to meet your requirements . It is as yet developing and choices are being included constantly. Much appreciated Jobber for making my activity simpler !

 Not having the option to effectively observe that everybody is at work. However, Jobber has such a large number of other phenomenal highlights that I wouldn't consider some other program . Some minor programming issues. Agent does not have the capacity to "select all" or various records or administration arranges simultaneously. Being an exceptionally high volume organization that causes me a great deal of sadness when I need to close occupations yet need to do it every one of the individually.

Never again missing to charge clients, a simple method to hold the historical backdrop of rehashed occupations with photographs. Such a large number of points of interest to list. I love Jobber.

Jobber helps us to collect the data of our clients very easily, we can create a database and meet the requirements of each of them without many problems, thanks to this tool we have automated our most tedious processes and therefore managed to save time and money In addition, its interface is very attractive and intuitive, something that in other software of its kind is not common

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

It would be great if the free trial version was at least 30 days initially to have more time to fully develop Jobber's capabilities, since 14 days is not enough but a great advantage and help. Additionally, it would be great if you could receive the most important notifications by email and not just for the function of the tool

If you want to have a complete interaction with your clients in your work unit it is advisable to use Jobber, this software has helped to solve billing and payment problems to improve the quality of my company's services, it also helps me to organize appointments and keep the active calendar to not forget commitments with customers

It is very essential for us to streamline our administrative processes, generate invoices very quickly and be able to send them instantly to our customers by email, whatsapp or telegram to streamline our payment process, which is why we decided to use Jobber based on the recommendations received by forums and social networks

I think the reporting in Jobber could be much more useful. More data regarding revenue, employee efficiency, production rates, etc.

What we like most about Jobber is that it is a very precise platform with easy-to-use functions to offer a good treatment to our customers. Being one of the best since it has a very good site to achieve its objectives, we have also seen a great growth of our business and the order is noticeable, thanks to the fact that this software offers programming, coordination and planning that are very feasible

Sometimes we are disappointed that Jobber becomes congested and we have to reload the web page to solve it, but I contacted the technical support team and they resolved that quick detail. It is also very easy to take advantage of since it gives me a better version in its standard, which is very positive for any business to achieve excellent sales

It is a very clear and intuitive platform, full of very useful and easy to use functions. It offers tools of organization, they offer an excellent and very competitive attention to the client, in addition they are a free platform and it is one of the best without doubt that there is at present

Due to the density of users the platform is usually congested and cause considerable delays. Another negative point is that it does not maintain a sequence with the repetitive sending of emails

I like that the Jobber menu is very clear and intuitive and is full of very helpful and easy to apply features, it allows us to have everything in one place so it is very easy to maintain order, maintain interactions with customers and we allows you to schedule service calls. The level of quality of customer service is highly effective, they seek an immediate solution to a complaint and they inform and respond quickly. We can track our customers as well as our employees

Excellent software although everything has negative things like the fact that it does not allow entries from previous dates associated with files of old clients. Although it has not been recurrent may be that sometimes the application does not load or only does not allow to start assignment, only happened once and I hope it does not happen again because the software is extremely necessary for the support provided

I recommend it because it is very good although it has characteristics very similar to other software, in my opinion Jobber becomes clearer at the beginning to start developing it, it is very intuitive

Before jobber, we attempted to have systems and processes in place to capture customer information and requests but a lot of things were falling through the cracks. We were using multiple software programs to accomplish everything we’re using jobber for now. Possibly the best part of jobber is there highly interactive team, and the speed in which they launch new features after hearing customer requests. 

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

Honestly not much can be said negatively about jobber. Any negatives can be brought up straight to the jobber team and they work quickly on finding a solution.

Take the onboarding class with jobber, it’s excellent training.

Streamlining the request process. Not as many requests fall through the cracks.

Jobber is a very clean interface, and had very little technical issues. It also had a host of customer service features that really helped us. The support staff was also very good.

The mobile app is extremely hard to use, and often time very confusing. It was hard for the sales reps to fully understand the order flow on the mobile app.

Polished UI app, would be suitable for more tech savvy individuals.

With Jobber I have increased my client portfolio and also my sales by 8% in the last 6 months, we have organized all our projects for jobs in one place, and we keep all the staff informed in real time in all areas of the company. The purpose of Jobber is clear, which is why it is not difficult to use, it is a great tool with everything necessary to achieve a programmed and effective service, it provides the best way to communicate with the personnel that is in the field, preventing forget or lose anything important and always maintaining a good organization

As a negative aspect I would say that the updates do not extend at the same time to all mobile devices, something that working on that can be improved. Everything is good and it is normal for it to become confusing for people who are used to using other software

What we liked most about Jobber is that it is an excellent tool for organization and programming, it gives our company an efficient way to organize our sales, we like that a lot because we are better prepared and we can provide better service to our customers, without no doubt our company has obtained a more controlled fracturing thanks to said software

Jobber is not so effective when it comes to billing, since it limits you a lot because of that part, it also does not allow our company to add a label so that our customers keep in mind that it is our company that has sent you a statement, it also does not give us the same potential in mobile teams, it is the only unfavorable thing that our Jobber company considers

Jobber has the simplest interface and you can apply easily in your business, this is because Jobber it is faster. it also help in managing, programming and controlling jobs in an organisation.

Jobber is a tool that allows you to streamline all kinds of processes within a company, programming all kinds of tasks within or outside of it, with this tool we can control the different activities carried out by our employees within our company, and assigns them the different tasks that must be fulfilled outside of them, with daily working time schedules, we can also control the whole schedule of appointments that we have prepared for our clients, creating a complete agenda, where we take better advantage of the time of each interview.

Some reports that are made from the application do not have the necessary information to be able to deliver them to the end users, an aspect that I do not like in general about this application is the fewest compatibility with other applications, such as messaging applications that we manage within our application, I would like this type of applications, could be linked within jobber, to not only manage the tasks of our employees or the scheduling of appointments, but to have a complete monitoring of the different applications that we have, this would save us a lot of time, also missing a better application for mobile devices, this application works quite well in the web application, but from a computer, the application for mobile is terrible, you can not do much in it.

The scheduling of appointments for our clients is now the best, we have a chronogram where we control in a timely manner all the schedules of each of them in an optimal way, we can also update the information on each of them, if necessary in the case, that there is something unforeseen and must be changed, the scheduling of tasks within our company is also handled now with a jobber, which makes us have more precise execution of the daily tasks in our company.

Easy to use and set up. Easy to teach new people how to use it. Like that we are allowed to set up custom fields, this allows us to make the software work exactly how we need it for our business and staff. Easy to set up new clients, create invoices, collect payments and create schedules for our staff. We use it to track our staff time sheets and expenses as well.

I feel like the reporting is quite lacking. There are reports but there are only a few and I find I must do quite a lot of manipulation to make them work for what I need. I can not run a report that contains only active clients, I can pull a report with EVERY client we have ever worked with but then I must sift thru to pull out only active clients, very frustrating.

Jobber saves us so much time and paper. Our office is pretty much paperless now! We are able to keep all of our client accounts up to date and our field staff can get real time updates! We use it for time sheet and expense tracking also makes running payroll more efficient.

Built-in work requests make it easy to gather information form prospective clients.  They can be converted to quotes/jobs and emailed to clients.  Using this feature has really helped us to stay on top of the needs of prospective clients.

The service to the client of Jobber is the maximum, we could change in a fast and efficient way the old-fashioned software that we already had and that did not give us enough features in the cloud. We have been using this software for almost a year now and each time we exceed our expectations, it is very fast to navigate and you can always have a detailed view by client with the map of the app.

It does not keep a sequence with the repetitive sending of emails, it seems to me wrong that you always have to place each email manually and that the software is not able to recognize a frequent mail.

I really like how quick and easy it is to get a hold of customer service. They have a lot of training articles available for the application and if you still have questions, you can quickly chat with customer service.  The application is easy and convenient to use for a small business.

The only real dislike I have is in their reporting capabilities. While they do have several reports you can run, there is other information our accounting department needs that requires me to pull multiple reports and then format them myself to get what we need into one report.

The best feature about using jobber software is how user friendly it is. This software application is simple but is capable of managing multiple tasks. Clients want easy payment options. They like being able to communicate easily with potential job openings within a company. It’s a great software system for a smaller company to get inner office business easy to access and does help both employers and employees stay organized.

The calendar view is not super easy to read when it comes to working with teams. There are some Organization features such as grouping that I would like to see in the future to make it easier to recognize who works with who and what days. That’s the only issue I’d like to be updated because we work in teams primarily. Other than that I’d have to give it 4.5 stars!

User-wise, this product is great. It is so fast to navigate (no lagging between pages or searching for something). We have six crews in the field with tablets, and are able to see when and where they check in and out of each job. We can pull up a map view and see all the homes that are done so far in the day. We can easily add a crew to a home if we want to send additional help, and their tablet is automatically updated with that information.

**What do you dislike about Jobber?**

Currently would like to see: 

-Automatic emails for followup able to be sent without having to close a job -- just by marking it as complete. It would be ideal if you could set the frequency of this contact -- such as every time, once per month, once per quarter, etc.

I don't have many cons off the top of my head. In my opinion it is a phenomenal value for what you get.

Very easy to push out to employees. Great feedback. We can easily add a crew to a home if we want to send additional help, and their tablet is automatically updated with that information.

If you decide to use Jobber, be sure to know what you are doing when you enter all the customer information. Pay attention to the different areas of custom fields "Client", "Property", "Job" etc. and how they populate and do not populate to other areas. We lost some time there.
