It is a bit challenging and overwhelming to get started unless you are starting at the beginning of your business. Importing anything in cannot be completed by the user, you must involve tech support. Unfortunatly, if they make a mistake then you have to clean up the mess. We never had the chance to implement it due to lack of setup Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After three months, the software was still not set up and the data migration that had been promised was not delivered. We reached out repeatedly to have our concerns addressed, everything from "Why is it that clients with multiple properties aren't showing more than one" to "Where is the job history?" We were told at the three month mark that data migration of history was not possible, though it states right on their website that it is part of what they do.
At one point, our onboarding specialist asked me to do the bulk of the data migration to which I firmly said no - that's what we were paying them for. In the meantime we're still running our day to day operations on our old software and paying for two platforms, one of which was supposed to be up and running within a week - not three months.
When we were told they couldn't do the job history migration, that was it. I canceled immediately but they'd just charged our card for an additional three months. I asked for a refund, was told two weeks later that there's a no refund policy built into the docusign (fine print) which nobody had ever told us. So I send all the documentation I had to my credit card company for a chargeback, why would I pay for three months of service for something we cancelled? The bank agreed, issued the chargeback and a month later I still have not received a refund. But you know what I did receive? A collections notice. So they don't issue a refund but they send us to collections? They're lucky I didn't go after the full amount for the six months of service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Service Fusion makes dipatching and tracking our team real easy. It also allows us to make proposals in the field. We use Service Fusion multiple times a day and our technicians couldn't be happier. Service Fusion sync's from Service Fusion to our Quickbooks, It would be nice if there could be a (2) way sync. The full amount of features aren't mobile friendly and you need to use a desktop for many of the admin functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I was impressed with Service Fusion from day one. I interviewed multiple companies my final decision was Service Fusion due to its awesome employees never making me feel stupid since I am a boomer. The setup is simple and I pretty much programmed the whole system myself with much ease and help from their staff. But Service Fusion integrates everything OMG. Call Center, Inventory, dispatch grid, invoicing, customer CRM database, ease of use, onboarding, and continual education and support from Service Fusion. Cost-effective as well. We use it every day for our business. It's super easy to add technicians and customer care call representatives. The AI calling and texting is amazing 85% of our dispatch jobs come from texting. As a business owner, it gives you a dashboard with amazing informative information that makes my job easy without a bunch of spreadsheets. There are many items like inventory and the report system that are included but are very unrefined. Overall the report system needs to be more flexible in its abilities and data that can be added to reports. Items like line numbering and DENSE report outputs similar to and excel sheet for things like equipment are essential for us and not a possibility on the current version of SF. Service Fusion provides overall complete structure to increase productivity. I like much about HVAC business management. It helped us a lot to streamline the scheduled part of the business. Everything in Service Fusion has benefitted a lot. But one thing has not added in some part of the business. We were unable to distinguish in VIP and contract or 3rd party customers.
