What do you like best about Service Fusion?

The week grid view is the page we stay on 90% of the day. We can easily see the schedule for all cleaners for the whole week. Changes, additions, and moving clients are a breeze! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Service Fusion?

The data connection to financial software like QuickBooks is flawed, so I haven't connected them. Other users have shared the same thing. So is it's connection through APIs to credit card processors... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Service Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?

Because we can so easily see the entire week's schedule for all cleaners, scheduling a new client is easy. We used google calendars before (with only 3-4 cleaners' schedules to manage) and it took 4 times as long to decipher where in the schedule we'd have openings. Also, the employee side app is SO helpful to manage and track our cleaners, they use it to clock in/out, see their schedules in the future, see notes the office manager makes for the client's home. What do you like best about Service Fusion?

Service Fusion makes dipatching and tracking our team real easy. It also allows us to make proposals in the field. We use Service Fusion multiple times a day and our technicians couldn't be happier. All the information they need is available to them. We've cancelled the subscription to our Time Clock as its all built into Service Fusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Service Fusion?

Service Fusion sync's from Service Fusion to our Quickbooks, It would be nice if there could be a (2) way sync. The full amount of features aren't mobile friendly and you need to use a desktop for many of the admin functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Service Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?

Service Fusion helps us let our technicians where to go, who to contact when they get onsite and what to expect when they arrive. It helps the field communicate pictures of site conditions and it allows us to bill time and material correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Service Fusion?

I was impressed with Service Fusion from day one. I interviewed multiple companies my final decision was Service Fusion due to its awesome employees never making me feel stupid since I am a boomer. The setup is simple and I pretty much programmed the whole system myself with much ease and help from their staff. But Service Fusion integrates everything OMG. Call Center, Inventory, dispatch grid, invoicing, customer CRM database, ease of use, onboarding, and continual education and support from Service Fusion. Cost-effective as well. We use it every day for our business. It's super easy to add technicians and customer care call representatives. The AI calling and texting is amazing 85% of our dispatch jobs come from texting. As a business owner, it gives you a dashboard with amazing informative information that makes my job easy without a bunch of spreadsheets. Every day they have been adding more features that help out a business owner with great insight into your business. I highly recommend Service Fusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Service Fusion?

The feature set is great overall. Has many of the modern features that people come to expect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Service Fusion?

There are many items like inventory and the report system that are included but are very unrefined. Overall the report system needs to be more flexible in its abilities and data that can be added to reports. Items like line numbering and DENSE report outputs similar to and excel sheet for things like equipment are essential for us and not a possibility on the current version of SF. Importing of data is a bit clunky!! We are still clearing issues that showed up after the data import. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Service Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?

Communication to our clientele has definetly improved. I would LOVE to see the ability to be able to have SF phone numbers be trunked to other systems and / or integration into systems like TEAMS so groups can see voicemails and texts. What do you like best about Service Fusion?

I have to use this all day, and the way its laid out is easy to underatnd, and if anything goes wrong theres always someone to call and theyll fix it quickly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing i dont like about service fusion is that it opens a new window each time I veiw a job. I use this all day and i will have 50 tabs open before I know it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Service Fusion?

Service fusion is not only a powerful field service management software, but also good for invoicing and payments, customer management.

The field staff just love the intuitive user interface as it is so easy to navigate without having to spend our time learning the software.

What do you dislike about Service Fusion?

Not very much ! The customer support team are very supportive with quick turn around time.

What problems is Service Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?

When the foeld staff is dispatched as per the customer request, the automated notifications can be set for the same as the job progresses, They have got great mobile app that can provide all the information they need at their finger tipsI really appreciate the fact that service fusion is highly configurable. For example, if you dont want to send the notifications to your customers and want to just send the selected ones like a statuses during the process, its is configurable.

Overall, it serves all our business needs. The experience with service fushion's support has been phenomenal and they are available whenever we need, they helped us get one of the report customised and they quickly solved our problem by making the requested enhancements.

With such quick turnaround to customers problems, i was amazed how proactive they are to customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Service Fusion?

Service Fusion provides overall complete structure to increase productivity. I like much about HVAC business management. It helped us a lot to streamline the scheduled part of the business. What do you dislike about Service Fusion?

Everything in Service Fusion has benefitted a lot. But one thing has not added in some part of the business. We were unable to distinguish in VIP and contract or 3rd party customers. Also in that gesture we should be able to highlight customer support and get help in that matter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Service Fusion?

Service Fusion has a very intuitive user interface that allows user toe asily pick it up and the features are easily adapatbale amongst multiple formats (phone, tablet, computer). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Service Fusion is allowing our company to get real time updates on services being performed rather than updates that were sometimes on a periodic basis when people had time to make updates. By using Service Fusion they are able to quickly and efficiently make updates to projects. This has allowed us to get real time reporting and metrics updated.
