We had a slight issue when migrating to the newest version of our ecommerce platform. Our product IDs changed during the migration from one system to another, and SearchSpring was unable to update the campaign association for our products to use the new product IDs, so we had to map them ourselves to ensure we did not adversely affect campaigns already in progress. This could be a bit of a pain point if we are to migrate again and again those internal reference IDs associated to skus in our system change, but I'm hopeful this is something that SearchSpring has on their radar to correct. Searchspring's hands-on approach and 'white glove' installation is crucial for merchants with extensive inventories and who have filtering/searching/merchandising needs beyond very basic. They cater their solution around your data and work with you to create a solution around merchandising that makes sense for your business. As with any new application, there is a learning curve and realized we must have dedicated resources focused on learning and managing the product. It is very robust and, with that, comes a level of involvement to get the most out of what Searchspring has to offer.
