The Searchspring platform is very easy to use and helps us accomplish our merchandising and product recommendation goals. There is nothing I don't like about the tool but certainly there are opportunities to extend the tool in the future to make it even more powerful. I would love to see more pre-built integrations with ecommerce solutions (more customer service platforms and email service providers, specifically). Not that I dislike the platform at all! Just can't wait to see how much more we will be able to do with updates and analytics. A few enhancements I'd like to see is more grid capabilities, enhanced custom landing page capabilities, and a little more insights for search and merching but overall it's incredibly awesome! Searchspring is a robust search and merchandising platform that allows our customers to find products quickly and effortlessly. Adding in personalization takes it to the next level. It works well enough out of the box so merchants can be up and running quickly. Once live, a merchant can invest as much or as little time in the management console. Page merchandising was a game changer for us. Saves us so much time! We also use the inline banners, personalized recommendations, spell correction, query replacement, custom filtering options and so much more. Searchspring offers invaluable resources for personalizing your website, including inline banners, reporting, and search customizations. If there are questions on how to use a tool, the customer success managers are accomodating, helpful, and responsive. If something is needing to be fixed, the dev team acts quickly.
