It has limited capacity using APIs to define access levels or centrally implement modules; for example, in the Employee Central module, one may conduct a number of tasks with rules and API if supplied to write the rules. There isn't a lot that I like about using SF, it isn't user friendly, intuitive or "slick" in any way. two years into using this product and our 100+ person team still struggles to use it. Using SF is better than having no time management software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The time management capabilities are cumbersome and counter intuitive. It only shows the pro-rated days you've earned, unless you change the calendar date to Dec 31 of the year, which will show you what you *will* have earned by the end of the year. People want to look at the total amount automatically when they wonder "how many vacation days do i have." There is no way to save this setting, so you must reset the date every time you exit the dialogue box. Canceling only a portion of your request is difficult, or trying to change dates for existing requests also gives our team a lot of trouble. Performance appraisal forms are not precise. The formatting is always confusing, and which section we are referring is unclear. There are no filter or colour customisations. I find the processes clunky, it doesn't look nide or modern. I'm not sure if it is just the way my organization has it configured, but the processes are difficult, it's slow and looks terrible. I am hoping we can move away from it next year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SAP success factors is a very good learning and personnel development tracking platform I have used. I can assign training videos to myself and my team and also recommend the same. The platform captures the current state of learning and allows me to retake the same at any time. Also, the platform provides ability to create new training videos providing all necessary tooling to create a highly interactive and engaging training session.
