What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?
We are using SAP SuccessFactor as a VMS in our organization, we use it to get the job descriptions and also to see the job status if it is still open or on hold. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?
I like SuccessFactors, but there are certain things which i think needs to be made more accurate, like we are unable to search a job through job id we directly have to search it through job title and match with all the jobs opened with the job id to open the desired job requirement. Best part for me is integrated payroll talent management feature with HR analytics and through SAP SuccessFactors we have a better understanding of the organizational behavior of our employees.
