What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?

this is not a legit review, im doing this for my secondary mkt research, I have some experience with sap at my previous workplace, enjoyed it a lot, especially intelligent asset manager and c4c and of course sap fsm Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?

sap in general makes it super hard to jump to another software, even basic data migration from sap to say gcp or aws is a headache, be it through segw or another method, which I'm forgetting rn what its called. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

You automatically see the oragnizational char of the people that work in your company and know who to send what. And it has tones of features that can work very well with what my company needs. It is easy to use since it has those short cuts. Plus if you make a mistake you can redo something and fix it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

Well sometimes when there are a lot of forms in the inbox i get confused which one is which. Ther is no eas of access to this part you kind of have to look "manually", like scroll down. If there was a search bar that we can write the name of which form we want to check, it woul save us a lot of headache. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing I like about this tool is that it's capability to reduce the hours manual task. In our industry if a new joiner comes in. This tool helps to allocate the large amount of employees with training modules about my industry, compliance training, POSH training. Basically it's ability of the process of collecting and validating credentials, assigning training modules, and tracking progress.
