Constantly developing over time to make best use of the technology (e.g. AI), whilst also allowing custom fields and set up - to match our complex business needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reporting aspects have always been quite basic, when reviewing channel actions - e.g. for email they have all the basics that you would expect, but looking deeper into the months combined results isn't easy (and sometimes not possible). For more complex queries, we feed the coms history into a combined SCV and use Faststats to interegate.

While the data and reporting tools are good enough for the most part, there are moments when exporting revenue/campaign data could be much better. And those last-minute functionality errors can be a bit frustrating – like receiving warnings about missing links or alt text when everything’s actually in place.
