What do you like best about SAP Concur?

The Concur mobile app is an excellent tool for road warrriors and our frequent travelers. Very easy to use! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Concur?

The turnaround time for submitting tickets with the help-desk is slower than I would like. It takes at least 24 hours to receive a response, but sometimes, I can' t wait that long for an answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?

SAP Concur is updating the Concur mobile app and they have just recently updated the desktop version of Expense. Both give a much fresher and updated look. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It help users make it easy to track approval status very nicely. It also help integrate all invoice company received to accouting program keeping completeness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Concur?

When approved finally, final approval date is recognized as a posting date not invoice date. Adjustment on posting date is required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?

If user can set posting date with invoice date when invoice is approved finally and integrated into accouting program, it would be perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
