There are many advantages of sap Concurs some of them are -
Data collection: SAP Concur captures the data from various sources, including expense reports, receipts, and credit card transactions.

Customization Limitations: As a user I think that SAP Concur may lack flexibility in terms of customization options. They feel restricted by the predefined settings and find it challenging to adapt the system to their specific business needs.

The automation is a nice idea and the direct deposit is also nice but not worth the poor product and can be done much simpler without the cost or headache of using concur and the lack of support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything. Support and customer service is terrible. The product has lot's of issues and is very glitchy. Getting any support is a challenge and they really don't care to help or figure out the issues. We struggled with it for a few years and finally gave up. When I notifed the employees that we were not going to use concur anymore I got a video back with them all cheering....... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
