I like that receipts, approvals, and reimbursement status can all be managed in one place, which reduces the need for back-and-forth emails and makes it easier to keep records organized. The mobile app is also useful for uploading receipts quickly while traveling or working remotely.

SAP Concur can feel less intuitive than expected, especially when correcting errors or trying to understand why an expense has been flagged. **What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

SAP Concur is one of those tools people tend to appreciate most when it’s doing its job quietly in the background—especially in companies where travel and expenses can get messy fast.

What I’d say stands out most about it:

Its biggest strength is how it centralises everything—expenses, receipts, travel bookings, and approvals—in one system. Instead of chasing receipts or dealing with spreadsheets, everything flows through a single approval pipeline, which reduces admin friction for both employees and finance teams.

People also tend to like the mobile receipt capture. You can snap a photo of a receipt on the go and it’s already in the system, which makes expense reports far less painful than the old “collect everything at month-end” approach.

On the company side, finance teams usually value the compliance controls and policy enforcement. It helps flag out-of-policy spending automatically, which reduces manual checking.

The main criticism you’ll hear, just to keep it balanced, is that it can feel a bit clunky or complex at first—especially if an organisation hasn’t configured it well or users aren’t trained properly.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

With SAP Concur, the criticisms usually don’t come from the idea of the system, but from how it feels to use in practice.

Another is policy enforcement and compliance. Companies often struggle with inconsistent spending rules being followed. Concur automatically flags or blocks out-of-policy claims, which reduces errors and prevents overspending before it happens rather than catching it later.

It also solves slow reimbursement cycles. When expenses are submitted digitally and routed automatically for approval, employees typically get reimbursed faster compared to manual systems that sit in inboxes or get delayed.

I love using Sap Concur because of how easy it was to use, and get trained on. The possibilities are endless, and it is super efficient. It has all of the tools that you need.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

I don’t dislike anything about concur. It has everything I need. I use this service for reimbursement. I drive a lot for work and so I get my mileage reimbursed, and it is the easiest thing ever. I also use my personal credit card for a lot of purchases and it is easy 1,2,3 step.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They help me do reimbursements. I drive, and use my own credit card for purchases, and they help the reimbursement process go very smoothly. And it helps that you can also allow others to act as you so that your admin can take care of your expenses as well.

What I like best about SAP Concur is how it centralizes and automates the entire expense and travel management process, making it much easier to track and control spending. The UI is clean and structured, which helps users quickly submit expenses, upload receipts, and monitor approvals without confusion. Integrations with corporate credit cards, ERP systems, and accounting tools reduce manual data entry and errors, significantly improving efficiency. Performance is reliable, even during peak periods, and reports generate quickly. From a pricing and ROI perspective, it delivers strong value by saving time and improving compliance. Onboarding is supported with clear documentation, and the built‑in intelligence helps flag policy issues and duplicate expenses, making expense management more accurate and transparent.

One of the main dislikes about SAP Concur is that the user experience can feel a bit complex, especially for new users. The mobile app makes it really easy — you just take a photo of your receipt or upload a file, and it scans and reads it automatically. After that it's basically just a couple of clicks to submit. Saves a lot of time compared to doing it manually.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

The receipt scanning can be a bit slow at times — it would be a better experience if it processed a bit faster. A small improvement, but it would make an already smooth workflow even quicker.

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

The UI is straightforward to use, and creating an expense claim is really easy. I simply create a report and then add my expenses. The receipt-scanning feature is also very convenient. Last year they updated the portal, and it now looks much cleaner and definitely loads faster.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

If you need to claim mileage, the mileage calculator could use some improvement. Right now, you have to type the full address or place name to pinpoint a location. It would be much easier if the map were interactive, so you could select the location directly on the map instead of having to enter everything manually.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a user, I didn’t have many options for app integrations at first. Over time, though, they’ve rolled out more apps that can connect with Concur, and that has gradually made things easier. The integration I end up using most often is Grab.

I love how SAP Concur completely automates the tedious expense reporting process, especially the ability to snap photos of receipts and have them auto-populate. It seamlessly connects travel booking with expense management, saving a massive amount of time and eliminating manual paperwork.

The user interface can feel dated and clunky, making navigation and fixing rejected reports unnecessarily frustrating. Additionally, the mobile app occasionally struggles with OCR receipt scanning accuracy, forcing tedious manual corrections.

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I like that it's easy to upload things from my phone because most of my receipts come directly there, which makes the whole process really convenient for me. I appreciate being able to access SAP Concur on different devices, which gives me the flexibility I need when managing my expenses. The feature of uploading my receipts so that I can get reimbursed and send them to my assigned boss is something I find particularly useful.

I'm pretty sure I had a situation where I submitted a report and then had to track it and resubmit it. It wouldn't let me just edit the person it's going to, but instead, it made me redo the entire thing.

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

As an It technician at Maiden systems, I use Sap Concur regularly and what i like most is how much time it saves . The interface is straight forward, so even new users can get comfortable with it quickly. I rarely have to worry about slowdowns and the automatic receipt capture and smart expense checks reduce a lot of manual work. It also connects smoothly with our existing business systems, So data flows without extra effort. Setting up workflows and managing approvals is simple and the report make it easy to keep track of spending. Whenever we have needed help,  the documentation and support have been reliable. It's not the cheapest platform, but the time it saves and the efficiency it brings easily justify the cost.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

Honestly, I don't really have any major complaints about Sap Concur. If i had to point out one thing , I'd say that some setting can feel a bit confusing when you are using it for the first time. but once you get familiar with it, everything works really well. The automation, smooth performance  and reliable support more than make up for that, so it hasn't been a real issue for me.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Sap Concur, tracking receipts and handling expense reports manually was time consuming and small mistake's could delay approvals. Since I started using it , everything has become much quicker and more organized. I spent less time on follow ups and the whole expense process is much smoother.
