SAP Concur is easy to use and implement, they have great customer support and I use it every time I go on a work trip or conference. it has a number of features and it's easy to integrate. On behalf of the SMB, it does seem to be enterprise-focused. We do things a little differently, because our processes have grown and adapted to the way we do business. When an expense report is denied after Concur Audit, the details of why it is denied are too vague and comes from what seems like an automated, robot. I constantly have reports kicked back and pull my hair out trying to figure out what is wrong. I ask for clarification from the auditor and get the same exact, automated response from the "auditor" every time so I don't know what I need to fix. It's impossible to speak with a human. I am on the same report now that has been kicked back to me for the 4th time and it's been almost a month. I had to pay off my entire monthly work expenses out of my own pocket to avoid lates fees while I try to read the mind if the robots vague comment that they will not add context to.
