I like the speed of SAP Concur and the fact that it is not an aggressively branded product, which makes it easier to read and work with Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike the logo. I think the logo could be modernized Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The primary reason we moved to Concur was to be able to directly reimburse international employees. For that purpose, Concur has worked well. However, that is about the only thing that works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We signed the contract back at the beginning of August. After signing, I was told my implementation timeline was not attainable. My team worked overtime to ensure that the platform was ready to go live by our deadline. Once the reimbursement piece was set up, we planned to move forward with implementing the invoice processing piece. Meanwhile, I was told there would be a "delay" in connecting Concur to NetSuite. Nine weeks after signing the contract and practically begging for an update, I was finally told that the NetSuite connector would not be happening until Q2 of 2023. It turns out that half of their NetSuite connector implementation team left, and SAP was under a hiring freeze. The worst part was that all of that was happening while we were signing our contract, but we were still repeatedly told that we would be able to connect Concur to NetSuite. I was very disappointed at the cliche sales pitch of overpromising and underdelivering. Along the way, we were also told that the sales team "left out" from our contract specific platform components that we needed and expressly asked for. This resulted in additional charges weeks after the original contract signing.
In addition to the chaos of just getting the platform up and working, I have found that the support side is sadly lacking in understanding the product and is frequently "unsure" of how to proceed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can fairly easily make a new expense report and the actual UI itself isn't that bad. It makes it easy to save/edit things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Too many bugs: sometimes uploads fail and break everything so you need to redo the whole report, can't delete images for random reasons, doesn't show validation errors sometimes until you try to submit the report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SAP concur is the best platform for individual interested in the SAP ecosystem to demonstrate their cabilities. And it has some features like, digital recipe management, advanced integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
