Using this product is less cumbersome than the standard approach, and I particularly loved the trip benefit provided by my former employment. I don't like that the application has several issues (in Android at least) and sometimes requires multiple taps for each expense. Android development appears to be an afterthought compared to iPhone development, and menus aren't always responsive. However, the best thing about SAP Concur is that it saves employees from tedious data entry labour and stacks of paper AP invoices. Compared to its competitors, it has some intelligent features. The advanced OCR and machine learning-powered pdf/image reading capability of SAP Concur are almost perfect. The duplicate payment prevention system of SAP Concur needs some more customization scopes depending on business needs.
