The user interface looks like from the 90s

Easy of Use , ability to upload receipts have some information prefilled and complete the rest of the information with my own time. Also easy of use to review the expense claims and approve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Can be clunky when navigating from reviewing expense item to going back to transactions, taxes appear higher if itemised some amounts, system, appears ot have function for SQL linking but can not seem to do it, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sap concur does allow you to keep track of your expense claims and, if set up properly, is good for helping to categorise your expenses.
It also has the app centre facility which allows users to book travel directly through the portal rather than doing it on a third party then importing the expense claim.

It is not as 'mobile friendly' as receiptbank - the process of uploading receipts is quite manual rather than just allowing the in-app camera to take a photo of it like with other platforms Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used this to claim my business travel expenses and internet bill claims for office. This is a user friendly tool and easy to track your claims. You do not have to provide your bank details.
