The company I worked for was a little lax on deadline enforcement but it was easy to track employees that had outstanding expenses. **What do you dislike about SAP Concur?** I had to be really careful approaching month end because of the way the reports pull data. If expense reports were approved for payment within the last 3 days if the month, it would drop off the accrual report and won’t show up on the payment report until it was processed by Concur, so reconciling to the G/L balance did not work. The other issue I had was with an employee using their company credit card and charging personal items. The way the reimbursement worked was it was the personal item was deducted from the employee reimbursement, but only if they had reimbursable expenses.
