Our company (60 people) uses SAP Concur as a one-stop shop for business travel and expense management. SAP Concur is our main tool for travel and hotel bookings as well as the submission, approval, and tracking of expense reports. We frequently use the SAP Concur Mobile App, and we adore its fantastic function that allows us to take a photo of a receipt and have SAP Concur create an expense report for us using image processing. That is not always intuitive, which is my only gripe. Nevertheless, you'll be prepared for the remainder if you have a friend to assist with the first one. The other issue is not SAP's fault, but using my phone to see is difficult because my eyes have trouble seeing smaller characters. But maybe there's a setting that I haven't yet found. The best thing about using SAP concur is that you can use it on your smartphone once the companies allow you to use it. As all the invoices, travel and other expenses are emailed to you from the service provider, you can easily download the file and upload it on SAP concur. It's for new users only; SAP concur is confusing due to the old interface(UI), and a user will face difficulty with many confusing elements. It becomes painful at first how to use SAP concur Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked my overall experience with SAP Concur and how you could link other applications, such as Uber, to make tracking that expense a more seamless experience along with other apps. While I linked my personal Uber account to SAP Concur, I was ever able to get my Uber receipt to sync and move into SAP Concur. This wasn't the end of the world but not great. The experience of getting reimbursed for a business expense was cumbersome. It took quite a bit of steps in order to complete the reimbursement and the overall UI was outdated. SAP Concur is exceptionally great for categorizing and organizing charges for individual projects, and easily helps group things to minimize the likelihood of errors or miscategorization of any charges. It also helps simplify travel itineraries across booking and expensing, though sometimes I prefer to book directly for the sake of simplicity, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SAP Concur often becomes more confusing and difficult when miscellaneous charges need to be expensed. Without an overarching project to assign to, the need for user-created groupings, reports, and report details make it very likely that an error will occur. When attempting to simplify by limiting miscellaneous charges to a single report, it also increases the likelihood that some of the very same features that simplify project expense reports will create issues and accidentally miscategorize miscellaneous charges to the the wrong expense code. SAP Concur is by far and away the best travel and expense management suite that I have used. Every feature is easy to use and very organic in its' feel. While there is not much I can find fault with in this software, I do sometimes have issues with receipt images displaying properly and I will have to re-upload them and/or resize or rotate them. Also, the travel features that take care of booking and tracking flights/hotels/transportation expenditures are appreciated.

Concur offers so many options; it becomes easy to feel overwhelmed for new users. This isn't necessarily a bad trait of Concur, it's actually one of the benefits. However, if it is implemented poorly, the end users can become confused. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
