Although there aren't many major difficulties with SAP Concur, it would be excellent if they could minimize the frequency of failures and the number of touches required for each spend. This duplicate payment protection feature is fantastic, although there are some false warnings from time to time. Concur has a tiered approval procedure, which may create refund delays. Its user interface is simple if you've used comparable software before, but it's not the most user-friendly and takes genuine training to grasp how to perform basic things like submit expense reports, create trips, and classify costs. Attaching receipts might be time-consuming, and trips booked using SAP Online are not automatically attached.
