I have used SAP Concur for the last 3 years for booking my official travel and hotel and manage for Travel Expenses during official travel. Really by this application, i am very good and happy managing the Travel expenses and Advance booking and very nice workflow for approval and is easy to trace the request status. Several processes appear to be laborious and repetitious, and may need numerous stages before reaching the "submit" point. Nonetheless, I understand that this is done to promote transparency into the approval process and eliminate the risk of mistakes. The only thing I can think of to enhance the app is that they presently have a limited number of firms with whom they are affiliated; I wish the list of these organizations was a little longer in order to make the procedures in the app more efficient. I had a bad experience with their implementation. The implementation I had didn't explain the implementation process and it's hard to reach by phone. Everything had to go through scheduled meetings or emails. I felt that had to arrange another meeting or wait for the next scheduled meeting if I had a new question. I think most things are well-thought in the app for users. The only thing I can say is that the UI/UX could be better. For example, the 'help' dropdown is above the 'profile' but could be either right next to it or listed under the same dropdown menu. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
