I have been able to use SAP Concur on a few occasions as my role as a sales executive requires me to travel to different countries or cities. To be 100% honest I have not found any inconvenience. Only one time when I was in Mexico, the app did not load. I am not sure if it was my internet connection or the app that was not working. Overall, it is still an incredible tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using SAP concur for 2+ years now and I can tell you its one of the best softwares out there for reimbursement submissions. It is very easy to submit the reimbursement and has variety of options from travel or hotel expense submission to internet reimbursements. I use this very often. I like that the system gathers expenses for the month as they are made and can start a report for you. From there, it's clear what information is needed to complete the report. Makes it easy and stress free!

It is very functional and simplified. In my experience it was very consistent, but the occasional screw ups did frustrate. More so, it is extremely slow and sluggish, which definitely tested my patience. I had to use it at least once a week, but learning and implementing it into my work was quite easy. I'm unaware of the integration altogether, but when it came to linking my assistant account with my executive, it was a breeze. The features are fair, I'm not sure what else it was used for, but in my case it was for flights, hotels and transportation services, which was honestly awesome to have all-in-one. It is extremely slow and sluggish to navigate from one page to another. I mean, a simple task would take over 10 minutes, despite the website being so simple. It clearly is something in the back-end or the way the site is coded. I'd guess it's extracting so much data or converting things... I don't know. Not my expertise.
