The best thing about Concur is managing and viewing employees' flight schedules in one place. We do need a way to allow employees to book flights quickly while ensuring they adhere to company policies. Customer service and sales are terrible. On multiple occasions, a Concur contact has emailed me and sent me a calendar invite for the next day or next week to talk, and it turned out that they wanted to increase our monthly fee. When we reduced our usage and I wanted to reduce our monthly fee accordingly, it took weeks even to get a response. It's been almost two months since my original outreach on this issue and although I eventually got a response from someone, they have not followed up with the updated contract that was promised.
