Concur is very user-friendly for our employees to use. Most of the questions we get about the software are related to policy, not Concur. The SAP staff running Concur have recently gotten a renewed vigor for improving the product. I've participated in multiple user feedback sessions with them where I shared frustrations, user scenarios, suggestions, etc., and they have always been very receptive to my suggestions. They seem to place a lot of value on direct client feedback, even though we're a pretty small customer of theirs. I use Concur every workday and it's a very reliable service.
