I'm the manager for Travel and expenses in my company. I would like the simplicity of claiming process and easy interface and dashbord for both employer and employee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SAP Concur has been used to help us track mileage and also track our business expenses so that we can make sure they are properly submitted and reimbursed. This is the best tool that we have come across and it works for all of our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The mobile app is sometimes a bit slower than we would like. The desktop tool is the best when it comes to uploading files and receipts. It would be nice if the mobile app was just as user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For some users, it can be complicated
The last update in 2022 was a major overhaul resulting in issues with support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reimbursement and waiting time for this is one of the main advantages of this tool, as they can be obtained much faster compared to the competition. It allows the option to make a new reimbursement request in case it is rejected explaining the reasons with quick response. Associating receipts becomes quite simple with the tool without a lot of touches, which makes the work much easier. Business trips and all transactions are centralized in one place allowing to keep more control over the companies expense management, it takes much less time than with other methods and the money flow is transparent for all stages of the organization, the reimbursement processes are simple achieving a perfect balance in this part of the finances. The interface can be a bit confusing, it could be reconfigured to provide better service and ease of use for each user. It does not have the ability to create custom reports to determine each user's transactions. The customer service department is not entirely beneficial, wait times are often very long. 1. Ticketing system is efficient.
2. The reimbursement procedure for expenses incurred works quite seamlessly.
3. Flight/cab/train availability in one place makes it quite easy to surf travel options.
4. Approvals pending, authorization requests required to make, expenses withheld etc., everything related to claim costs in one place makes it relatively easy to manage.

1. The interface is messy.
2. All information pops right in front of you, making it confusing to operate.
3. Attaching files is a task due to bad thumbnails and image previews.
4. It does not allow the same attachment image for various expenses. So it becomes difficult to split expenses under a different head. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Concur Travel portal /search engine itself can and does experience some occasional lag, but it's important to remember that technology isn't perfect. I also wish the hotel search engine was more dynamic, incorporating features seen on popular hotel booking websites like booking.com or hotels.com, such as hotel class ratings.
