The app with SAP concur for our organisation makes it a success, menaing those who use can administer in real time / on the move and ensure that processes/workflows are not held up until approvers are next situated at a laptop.

We first implemented invoice which automated our invoice processing process and created huge efficiencies, and then went onto implement expense and purchase requisition. There are a few hard coded parts of the tool which you are unable to remove, which are frustrating and seem to be a bit of a hangover from the preceeding tool which concur purchased, however these are being ironed out over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
