Concur helps in management of travel expenses and invoices in a single system. With synchronised bank account and expense system. It helps in analysing the expenses and processing of invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SAP Concur is very easy to use. There is a very visible button you can click to start a new report. In the report header you can give a summary about the expense: purpose, duration, out of town or not...Then you can add each expense and attach receipt. There is a web interface and there is also an APP. so if you are not done with the report. you can save and log in from the cell phone APP. and just upload a picture with phone to each expense. when done, you can submit from web or cell APP. it will automatically go through the approval chain. It also sends automated email notification when the report is approved or paid. I use it every time i have an expense report to submit- that is once a month.
I never needed to contact Customer Support because it is so easy to use! for my company, it is a nightly feed to SAP FI to get paid. integration is easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not like how it requires hotel charges to be itemized. sometimes hotel has more than two types of taxes applied. but it only gives two tax fields so i had to sum the tax and put in the two fields. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Even though things like integration with ride shares is great, you still have to go into the expense and select very basic things so manual work is still needed.

Recently ran into an issue with the mobile app where two-factor authentication was turned on. Normally I'm in favor of more security and don't have trouble with authentication, but this system seemed to often get stuck in a loop. If I'm on my mobile phone using the app it gets really difficult to locate and find an authentication key then use it before the screen times out.
