I enjoyed the breakout sessions and the panels that are not only featured employees of SAP concur, but customers of concur that were able to share their insights and speak to what changes and implementations their companies have made related to travel and expense. Unfortunately two of the largest problems that our executive team has been struggling with and even myself as a user have been dealing with for two years, we’re not able to be solved despite three sessions with individual concur support. We were tasked by our CEO to come back with that problem solved and it was defeating not have a solution. We’ve been dealing with this for two years and voiced complaints about it. The positive is we were able to express our frustrations and speak with someone from our companies concur management team that is going to help us escalate this issue. We are hopeful to eventually find a solution as Its caused our executive team and many travelers to lose faith and not only concur, but lose faith in my ability to problem solve, which could be detrimental for my career. SAP Concur has been a lifesaver for organizing and managing business travel and expenses. What I genuinely love is how easy it is to integrate with other tools and systems we already use everything feels connected. The mobile app is a great thing, letting me snap a photo of a receipt and upload it instantly, which has saved me countless hours of manual entry. It iss also very intuitive to use once you get the hang of it, and the detailed reports it generates are a goldmine for tracking company spending. For a global team like ours, its multi-currency and multi-language support has been useful, helps us maintain consistency no matter where we are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The inmitial implementation is way more challenging and we thought that we need IT experts and a support support team. It was little more challenging for users who had experience with Coupa and Expensify but was easy to learn for new team mates. Also when we are on same module for a longer duration we seem to run into some glitches in reciept scanning and all. Customer support is helpful, getting resolutions for more complex problems can take longer than I’d like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is a streamlined way of uploading and tracking expense reports and reimbursements
It can be used frequently and for different types of expense reports due to the ease of navigation.
The cutomer support team is helpful and responds quickly.
It has various features that allows users a quick upload and submissions of detailed reports Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface although friendly, would be better if it had a more modern design as the current one looks outdated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SAP Concur is impressively consistent – if you're looking for a masterclass in inefficiency, constant page reloads, and software that never works as intended. It's like they took the simplest task, expense reporting, and thought, "How can we make this as slow and painful as possible?" Truly, they've outdone themselves. I wish we’d gone with anyone else because watching paint dry is a smoother, faster process than using this system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dealing with SAP Concur is a constant exercise in frustration. The system is incredibly slow, with pages frequently reloading at the worst possible times. What should be a quick expense reporting process turns into a long, drawn-out ordeal where you’re left staring at the screen, waiting for things to load or refresh — if they ever do.
On top of the sluggish performance, the software often just doesn’t work right. Bugs, glitches, and unexpected errors seem to be part of the daily experience. It feels like basic tasks require way too many clicks, and the unintuitive interface doesn’t help either.
Honestly, I can’t help but think we made a huge mistake by choosing SAP. There are better, faster, and more reliable options out there. If I could go back, I’d strongly advocate for selecting a different platform. SAP Concur turns simple expense reporting into a chore, and no one should have to waste this much time on something so basic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The simplified workflow, allows the user to seamlessly put in just the needful details. The option to copy an expense report helps us in saving time by just copying a past report and editing it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
User inteface!! it is really bad. Things are too much descriptive, nothing icon based. If the GUI is made more graphical the dashboard would look cool and would avoid us to keep searching for things and it helps us to explore things easily rather than someone teaching us to navigate. Things that I didn’t know were possible are possible on reporting side. This have made my work so much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I currently do not have any dislikes with Concur. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy one single place to manage my T&E expenses, book my tickets and travel reservations. For a busy executive this save me hours looking for tickets or calling agents to book my travels.
It gets more intuitive in each release versions, you own literally your bookings while you look for the best options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Probably in my particular case is sometimes the lack of options for direct flights coming from Costa Rica to certain destinations. Not really connected to the tool itself but from a AMEX agency perspective (partner with concur from my last two companies perspective)
Interactions with agents are not always fast, so that could be improved. But the software itself is very intuitive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SAP Concur is the best platform for keeping a detailed record of all the travel and expenses your employees incur in the course of their work activities.
SAP Concur is compatible with the best applications and operating systems on the market so you can monitor each of your work activities with total efficiency.
SAP Concur gives you access to a secure platform that protects all your personal data from any virtual threat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SAP Concur is the best on the market for you travel records, it is simple to use and easy to access, providing ideal integration with the mobile devices of my preference.
I have no problems with SAP Concur services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that SAP Concur makes it easy to track expenses for cross charge to Head account and submit receipts, and get quick approvals after same time of submission. It saves time and keeps everything organized in one place with one link one account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SAP Concur can be slow, especially during busy times. Adding receipts can also be a bit tedious. Improving these areas would help a lot. Additionally, once a request is approved, there should be no need to send another notification to the approver. It would be better if they only received one notification after the initial approval. Concur provides solutions for Travel, Vendor, Invoice and other areas which makes it more viable then other tools which are dedicated for just on area. It's really very easy to create and manages expenses with Concur. It creates Expense Reports, Invoices, Purchase Orders, Inventory Management etc. Customer support is also good which provides solutions to problems quickly. It's easier to setup. I use it everyday. No option to re-create an invoice is on of the most frustrating thing in Vendor Mangement. In Travel Mangement UI is quite cluttered and not readable text. Selecting hotels on the map is frustrating due to the 'search this area' button — having to re-enter addresses feels annoying. I would prefer to choose a location directly on the map for searching hotels. If this feature exists, it needs to be more visible because I can't find it. Also SFTP files everyday get's refereshed which makes it harder for integration on date timestamp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
