I like the way that we can book our travels, rental auto, hotels and we can oversee cost reports in a single place. The Concur is attached to our corporate bank cards, so each buy is naturally placed in our system and it sends you a notice when you can transfer a receipt. The portable application is nice and easy to use and enables you to do for all intents and purposes everything the site page does. Output receipts from the application is incredible. The entire procedure of receipts, costs, and reports being in partitioned zones can be confounding to another client. I see the benefit of having it along these lines, so clients can take a shot at any of those three things free of the other. SAP Concur has been a lifesaver for organizing and managing business travel and expenses. What I genuinely love is how easy it is to integrate with other tools and systems we already use everything feels connected. The mobile app is a great thing, letting me snap a photo of a receipt and upload it instantly, which has saved me countless hours of manual entry. It iss also very intuitive to use once you get the hang of it, and the detailed reports it generates are a goldmine for tracking company spending. The inmitial implementation is way more challenging and we thought that we need IT experts and a support support team. It was little more challenging for users who had experience with Coupa and Expensify but was easy to learn for new team mates. Also when we are on same module for a longer duration we seem to run into some glitches in reciept scanning and all. Dealing with SAP Concur is a constant exercise in frustration. The system is incredibly slow, with pages frequently reloading at the worst possible times. What should be a quick expense reporting process turns into a long, drawn-out ordeal where you’re left staring at the screen, waiting for things to load or refresh — if they ever do.
On top of the sluggish performance, the software often just doesn’t work right. Bugs, glitches, and unexpected errors seem to be part of the daily experience. It feels like basic tasks require way too many clicks, and the unintuitive interface doesn’t help either.
Honestly, I can’t help but think we made a huge mistake by choosing SAP. There are better, faster, and more reliable options out there. If I could go back, I’d strongly advocate for selecting a different platform. SAP Concur can be slow, especially during busy times. Adding receipts can also be a bit tedious. Improving these areas would help a lot. Additionally, once a request is approved, there should be no need to send another notification to the approver. It would be better if they only received one notification after the initial approval. Concur provides solutions for Travel, Vendor, Invoice and other areas which makes it more viable then other tools which are dedicated for just on area. It's really very easy to create and manages expenses with Concur. No option to re-create an invoice is on of the most frustrating thing in Vendor Mangement. In Travel Mangement UI is quite cluttered and not readable text. Selecting hotels on the map is frustrating due to the 'search this area' button — having to re-enter addresses feels annoying. I would prefer to choose a location directly on the map for searching hotels. If this feature exists, it needs to be more visible because I can't find it.
