it would be great to be able to integrate Salesmsg with our CRM in order to be able to add SMS/Texts to our autmoated campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use salesmsg primarily to allow our sales team to set up broadcast campaigns to reach out to groups of clients and multiple referral partners at the same time. What do you like best about Salesmsg?

We used to have a dedicated mobile phone for texting to customers.. Tedious, not shareable!

With Salesmsg we are now able to have the messaging shared by all memebers of the customer service team - so they are alwasy up to date, in real time! No more duplicate communications!

Customers are happy too!
