For Me, is in the presentation, all names and numbers are on screen, the first time I used all the tools was instinctive, and my favorite was the saved answers that can add all types of info like names addresses, and links also really like the short URL tool use it all the time. Have to use it every day sometimes, I forget my phone and answer all day through Salesmsg Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are no real downsizes, only things that I would improve, the IA system needs real changes, and can't really answer the simplest questions. Also sometimes feels heavy on my computer and jumps to the inbox when typing a message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I had to conduct a huge marketing campaign via text, email and phone. It was difficult, time consuming, confusing and chaotic to have to move from my CRM to my cell phone and back to write and log my texts with the specific email content for each client. Additionally, with the lack of time, I would end up having to leave details out when I would summarize and log my texts from my phone into the CRM. The responsive Salesmsg team did everything they could to assist me in implementing their program into my CRM so that it was easily accessed and easily utilized from within each client profile. Salesmsg seamless integration into my CRM enabled me to cut and paste content I had written to each client in my CRM email directly into the text and to condense it for an appropriate text length. This gave me the organization and peace of mind that all my customized communication was being successfully sent to each client and also kept within their specific profile in the CRM. Typing texts from a keyboard is also significantly faster than having to spell words letter by letter with your thumbs on a cell phone. I could also check the responses from the client and respond to them in a timely fashion through the Salesmsg App on my phone while I was away from the office. Their analytics also provided a measurement of the frequency of my usage and response times. Being able to contain all my communication to each customer in the same profile in my CRM decluttered, customized and sped up the marketing process by removing all confusion, chaos and anxiety and provided a tailor-made experience for each client. The Salesmsg App acted like a defibrillator to my client base and ended up reviving the company's reputation and sales to where needed. Also, Salesmsg has an extremely responsive customer support team. Any issue I ran into was handled with proficiency, professionalism and care in a timely and subject-appropriate manner. Salesmsg allows me to stay connected with my guests at all times and give me the option to use multiple devices. It also allows me to tag other associates in a message. We can write interal notes per guest so allow for easier follow up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dont like how when I sent a picture it sends as a link and not a MMS image. It doesnt always update after sending a message and sometimes I end up sending multiple messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only real issue I've found is the account login. It logs you out (desktop and app) very frequently. It's no problem on desktop because of saved passwords, but on the mobile app, it's frustrating because I'm not near my computer to get the password. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how the application allows me to instantly communicate with my customers. Whether a prospective customer or an existing one, I am able to supply information they request and even send pictures which helps out a lot in my line of work. The ease of use, both for me and for my customers has allowed for a very high adoption rate and I find myself using this product throughout the day. The application was easy to integrate with our existing online presence and it only took about 15 minutes to get set up and running. The best trait of Salemsg is its ease-of-use. Our sales team is large and the technical skills of each person vary widely, yet every single person on the team has adopted Salesmsg and now rely on it for success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only negative experience I've had deploying Salesmsg was the process of text-enabling our VOIP numbers. I am not sure if the time it took was related to our VOIP carrier, but the process was a bit longer than I anticipated. However, once all was said and done, we now have multi-hosted numbers (calls go to our VOIP system, and texts go to Salesmsg), and it is awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Power Dialer and integration with Hubspot are game changers for big and small businesses! We're a team of about 5 and this has made making calls so much easier and fun! I'm happy with this product and I would recommend any company of any size to give it a try, especially if you're already using Hubspot. If not, I think it's still worth looking into as they integrate with many other CRMs and are compatible with Zapier. Customer support is A1! There's never been a time I needed something addressed that wasn't handled within a couple of hours. And they take your feedback seriously and make changes based on their customer's needs. The credit system is a little hard to track and I don't feel it's extremely clear how much certain messages would cost. I think there should be a system that the more you pay the fewer credits that are used. Compared to the least someone pays, then certain credits should cost more to use. The ability to handle texting on both a team and individual level is great. We can be assigned to multiple mailboxes and have our own so the team can stay up on the communication with our clients. Love that we can set-up auto response and have templates saved for fast communication. We are diving into the ability to tag messages when they come in.
The integration into Hubspot is fantastic. We no longer need to worry about logging texts to clients files as salesmsg puts them directly into Hubspot so anyone in the office can see the communication between the client and our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Salesmsg integration into additional platforms (e.g. hubspot) has increased our teams efficiency as well as generated greater customer interaction effortlessly. We are able to build SMS into our workflows for engagement as well as routine operations. The interface is easily navigated and the customer service team is always wiling to help with any questions. Understanding if a SMS has been delievered is a great feature however if there was a way to determine if the the SMS has been read and/or bounced due to the number blocking it would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All of my customers perfer SMS for service. Hubspot does not have SMS integration as part of their platfrom. If it was not for Salesmsg, I would not be using HubSpot.
I tested out several other options and found that Salesmsg has the most features directly integrated with HubSpot
It will take some time to get your number and business setup, but they were very helpful and took several calls to help me get the carrier and goverernment approvals.
Their plugin easily integrates and syncs directly with HubSpot and provides an easy to read SMS history just like HubSpots integrated email.

Sometimes when switching client numbers with multi-party group chats they can get out of sync with my HubSpot contacts, but there support was helpful getting these issues resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
