What do you like best about Salesmsg?

Salesmsg is easy to navigate and continues to improve with regular updates that keep up with current technology. The platform helps streamline communication with customers, making it easier to stay connected. One of the biggest strengths is their customer support. CJ has been very responsive and consistently follows up with me, even when I’m busy managing other responsibilities. That level of attention and support makes a big difference. What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

I am currently working through setting up automation for contacts, and there have been a few technical challenges along the way. It has taken some time to fully implement the process, especially when integrating and testing automation. However, the support team is actively assisting, which helps move things forward. What do you like best about Salesmsg?

I like that with Salesmsg my messages are collected for me apart from my team, keeping all my stuff organized in my own area. It's easy to use, and its scheduling feature is a breeze. The ability to leave myself a note on my messages as reminders is handy since, like most people, I tend to forget things. Salesmsg is super user-friendly, and even someone like me who's not very tech-savvy can figure out how to use it, which I find beneficial for anyone in the sales industry looking to connect with their contacts easily. What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

One thing that could be improved is the analytics. I am able to pull my text message report, but it took me a long time to figure out how to do it. What do you like best about Salesmsg?

The most helpful aspect of Salesmsg is their team, who are always readily available to make sure you’re getting the most out of the features. The upsides include having all your contacts in one place, mass texting, and campaigns that make it easy to continually connect with people. I just started using it 4 months ago and it was so simple to learn the features as well as implement them into daily communication. This is a tool I use daily and it makes my job so much easier. What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

The least helpful thing is not being able to contact someone who has opted out of a campaign. Some of the people I connect with just didn't want to be on an automatic text plan but still wanted info from me and I couldn't contact them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Salesmsg?

It's so easy to use and I can have it in Slack, HubSpot, and on the app. I know I'll never miss a message. I really like the HubSpot integration. It works smoothly which is not the case for all apps that integrate with HubSpot. I've been super impressed by this integration and the ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

The only downside isn't really their fault but has to do with SMS in general but the set up and approval process took a long time. It wasn't difficult there's just time in between each step for things to be reviewed and approved. But you've gotta do it to legally do texting this way. I do wish they were a little more upfront about how long it takes to get started/how long before you can actually SEND a message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Salesmsg?

I like how easy it is to contact all customers in our CRM system via one platform using Salesmsg. The alerts are distinct for received messages, which is great because it's not obnoxious while staying open all day on my laptop. Salesmsg allows for all-day contact without being intrusive, keeping it in the background while I do other work. The initial setup was also very easy and fast. What do you like best about Salesmsg?

The Salesforce integration and the ability to add Salesmsg SMS webhooks to Salesforce flows have been really helpful. It lets us keep both email and SMS together within a single Salesforce flow, which makes the process much more streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

We’d love to see the Salesforce integration built out further. For example, we use Salesmsg SMS webhooks in Flows, but right now I can’t use merge fields in webhook templates unless those fields are on the primary Contact object. What do you like best about Salesmsg?

I like that Salesmsg works well for text messaging and phone calls from the phone. It integrates well with HubSpot and make.com, and there are constant, continuous improvements and development from the development team. The software is a single tool with more robust features, better pricing, and impressive development improvements. It makes things very easy for us, and the initial setup was very easy.
