What do you like best about Salesmsg?

Quick & easy way to stay connected with customers, partners & vendors. We can add photos, files, specific notes about each contact (i.e. "Dave always like a 24-hour notice before pick-up") and we can also add internal notes so that we are not doubling up on work (i.e. "I'll respond to this prospect inquiry - Joe"). What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

If there is a way to disable GROUP CHAT, I'd like to know more about that, please. If a current customer adds in a colleague to the group chat that is not set-up as a contact, the conversation can be hard to follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you ever wish to download the app, you do have the ability to mark yourself as 'away' so you aren't getting the notifications. Our customers are finding this to be a great way to stay in touch while on the go.

I appreciate the convenience of having everything on one platform for mass messaging and calling, eliminating the need to switch between different platforms. While the platform works great overall, we did experience occasional syncing issues with our CRM integration early on. These were minor and quickly resolved by their responsive support team.
