Quick & easy way to stay connected with customers, partners & vendors. We can add photos, files, specific notes about each contact (i.e. "Dave always like a 24-hour notice before pick-up") and we can also add internal notes so that we are not doubling up on work (i.e. "I'll respond to this prospect inquiry - Joe"). If there is a way to disable GROUP CHAT, I'd like to know more about that, please. If a current customer adds in a colleague to the group chat that is not set-up as a contact, the conversation can be hard to follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
