Salesmsg has made communication with our customers incredibly easy! They love being able to text their account manager at any time and especially love the automated order tracking texts we can send them using the HubSpot integration. We also love using sales message internally to mass communicate with all employees. We have production staff who don't have internal email, so this is a great way to keep everyone in the look about company functions and give them direct communication with the managers. The admin abilities are a little lacking. If I want to be able to see one of the user's inboxes, I have to sign in as them instead of being able to have an overview of everything from the admin account. I love that it's easy to send messages to my clients! Not all realtors pick up their phones when we call them so having a text messaging app makes it a lot easier to send my messages real-time vs sending them an email. Everything is good but sometimes it sends my messages twice and this annoys my clients. That's the only thing. Other than that it is good for its purpose. Salesmsg has proven to be unreliable when integrating with our CRM- not always available to send messages. The inbox has recently updated with certain inbox titles that seem redundant, but I can't figure out why or how they are different (but they are). I would certainly like an ALL inbox. The addition of calls is useless to me, because unless you have the IOS application it doesn't alert you about a lead calling your Salesmsg number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lack of VOIP functionality is the only thing keeping them from being the perfect solution for us but they do offer call forwarding which is more than adequate for many use-cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After using the 14-day trail I fell in love with Salesmsg. I love the fact that I never miss a call because of its built-in call forwarding feature. I get missed calls forwarded to my mobile or office line which is amazing by the way. Also it's so cool to setup an auto-reply message when a contact tries to reach me after working hours.
