Id love to have the option with mobile app calling out as a default outbound calling app. It's not a major dislike because I can still do outbound calls on the go. The most important thing that is missing is the tracking. We are not able to see how many messages have been sent from triggers on a given day. We can only see the total amount of messages sent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
