Ability to log text conversations into my CRM. Getting instant communication and very high open rates to potential clients is a game-changer over email communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Id love to have the option with mobile app calling out as a default outbound calling app. It's not a major dislike because I can still do outbound calls on the go. We use Salesmsg for our Customer Service with the integration of Keap. The user view is clean and tidy which makes Salesmsg really easy to use and understand for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most important thing that is missing is the tracking. We are not able to see how many messages have been sent from triggers on a given day. We can only see the total amount of messages sent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
