What do you like best about Salesmsg?

I like that Salesmsg has a really clean outline and is very user-friendly. Everything is pretty much right where you expect to find it. Having the phone option has been the most valuable to me. Also, being able to leave voicemails without disturbing a client is a nice feature. The initial setup was pretty easy, taking only a few minutes from my side. What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

Figuring out the notifications could be easier. I've missed a couple calls because the notifications didn't go off even though my volume was at full on my computer and I'm not sure why the notifications take off. So I have to resolve that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Salesmsg?

I use Salesmsg for work, and I truly appreciate its incredible convenience, allowing me to contact my clients anywhere and anytime, regardless of whether I am on or off shift. The feature that allows me not to use my personal number when I'm out of the office is invaluable. I find Salesmsg very easy to use, which is a significant advantage. The fact that it saves contact information is a time-saver and enhances my workflow efficiency. I highly value the texting feature, especially since it enables me to send messages from my work number, which is a landline. I love how Salesmsg seamlessly integrates with our CRM software, and I appreciate how it flawlessly ports information over from it. This easy integration into my cell saves me tremendous time and frustration, as I never have to manually copy-paste information into the outreach tool. What do you like best about Salesmsg?

I love the HubSpot integration and being able to text from the CRM with Salesmsg. It helps us communicate directly and efficiently with our potential clients while keeping all of the tracking history in our HubSpot CRM. I don't have to manage multiple windows or notifications because everything is linked into the specific customer profile and updated immediately. The initial setup was super easy and quick.
