**What do you like best about Salesmsg?**

I really like how Salesmsg allows us to have different inboxes, which offers governance and control over how different teams are texting. The analytics are easy to use and provide powerful insights, allowing us to measure the return on investment effectively. Additionally, the blast text messages feature helps us create urgency with our customers and go to market quickly without much overhead. It's great to have these functionalities integrated with our CRM.

**What do you dislike about Salesmsg?**

If I have multiple organizations, it's a pain to onboard them going through the 10 DLC process.

**What problems is Salesmsg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesmsg allows us to text customers easily, integrates with our CRMs, and provides good governance for team texting. Its analytics and blast texts are easy to use, helping us measure ROI and quickly market campaigns with different inboxes for controlled promotions.

I find Salesmsg easy to keep up with and convenient for staying in contact with clients. I get notifications right away, and it's a seamless process. The initial setup was super easy, and there's nothing needing improvement; it's amazing. I definitely rate it a 10 for recommending to others.

I find the save replies feature in Salesmsg to be huge because it saves us time. In my line of work, I'm often sending the same message to folks over and over, and it's nice to be able to just throw that their way and already have it typed up.

Salesmsg can have a collective messaging system, whether it is members of your team, or for your own messages, and the deliverable rate is phenomenal !  I also love the seamless integration with HubSpot.

There is nothing to dislike about this service.  The user-interface is easy to use.

I appreciate Salesmsg because it fits the bill for primary communication since most people aren't responding to emails or phone calls these days. I like its ease of use and the integration with our CRM, which ensures all communication is available to the team. The initial setup was easy, and I'm so satisfied with it that I'd rate the likelihood of recommending it to a friend or colleague as a 10.

blocks bad words, and sometimes issues with sending photos.

Still the best platform for Active Campaign users to integrate SMS/MMS/Phone into their automations. They are also  far and away the best of all of our vendors in running a product improvement process where users feel like they are being heard and prioritized.

I still wish they would improve the online chat support.

Getting personalized messages to customers and prospects in a timely manner, both one-off and automated. Organizing our customer service inquiries. Consolidating text and phone services in one place and phone number.

What I like best about Salesmsg is how instantly it humanizes my outreach. Whether I’m following up with a warm lead or re-engaging someone who went quiet, I can send personalized texts that actually get read — and more importantly, get responses. The real-time conversations, quick templating, and ability to manage everything from one dashboard make it an absolute game-changer for admissions and sales follow-ups.

Plus, I love that I can switch between desktop and mobile effortlessly — it feels like I’m always “in the conversation,” no matter where I am.

**What do you dislike about Salesmsg?**

What I dislike about Salesmsg is that the search and filtering features could be more robust. When you’re juggling a large volume of conversations, it can take a bit of extra time to find older threads or sort by specific lead tags. A cleaner way to organize and prioritize messages would make the experience even smoother.

That said, it’s a solid platform — and these are more "nice to have" improvements than dealbreakers.

What I like most about Salesmsg is how much more effective it is than email. Texting through Salesmsg gets faster, more reliable responses, especially when compared to emails that often sit unread. The platform makes it easy to manage conversations at scale, personalize outreach, and follow up without being pushy. It’s become my go-to tool for lead follow-ups, appointment reminders, and turning interest into action. Salesmsg was great because they did not require us to sign a contract- they were very professional during the onboarding process and their product initially was very seamless for us.

**What do you dislike about Salesmsg?**

Support was lacking- we were not able to easily reach a staff member to address software issues. At the time, they utilized a chat feature for support, and it sometimes took several business days to get a response. We were unable to call and speak with someone who could help.

Salesmsg helped us solve a communication issue with our clients. Giving them the ability to SMS message us was a game-changer, and having shared inboxes for our staff to work was great.

I like how easy it is to navigate and use Salesmsg. The text messaging feature is great because it makes it easier for me to get in contact with my customers without calling them. I was really thrilled with how simple the initial setup was; it was just a basic download and it was ready to go.

I don't think there's too much, besides some issues with text message delivery and things like that.

Quick & easy way to stay connected with customers, partners & vendors.  We can add photos, files, specific notes about each contact (i.e. "Dave always like a 24-hour notice before pick-up")  and we can also add internal notes so that we are not doubling up on work (i.e. "I'll respond to this prospect inquiry - Joe").  The app also makes this very easy to work on the road.

**What do you dislike about Salesmsg?**

If there is a way to disable GROUP CHAT, I'd like to know more about that, please.   If a current customer adds in a colleague to the group chat that is not set-up as a contact, the conversation can be hard to follow.

**What problems is Salesmsg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick & easy way for our entire team (all of who work remote and in different time zones) to stay connected with customers, partners & suppliers.

I don't have SMS app on my phone not because of SMS but to avoid having too many apps.

Reaching people by text because many people prefer to text than talk on the phone. It's also convenient to text if you're busy.

For Me, is in the presentation, all names and numbers are on screen, the first time I used all the tools was instinctive, and my favorite was the saved answers that can add all types of info like names addresses, and links also really like the short URL tool use it all the time. There are no real downsizes, only things that I would improve, the IA system needs real changes, and can't really answer the simplest questions. Also sometimes feels heavy on my computer and jumps to the inbox when typing a message.

Our team saw more customer contacts during lunchtime so we changed our staff schedule to match. It really gets the job done!

**What do you dislike about Salesmsg?**

The notification flood makes it impossible to identify urgent messages when alert overload hits me. The system fails to sync data at certain times which creates annoying delays. Our customers send us messages which appear late on our device creating uncomfortable pauses.

**What problems is Salesmsg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team faced endless email threads and missed messages until Salesmsg arrived. It was a mess! Our entire customer communication now runs through one system which lets us answer clients quickly. Our ability to serve customers faster and better has increased because of Salesmsg. Our main problem was following customer interactions between different apps. Our customer interactions live in Salesmsg now which makes it simple to manage and solve customer problems. You gain an assistant who works without rest.
