Since Hubspot does not have two-way SMS functionality, Salesmsg has been a integral part of our operations.

Calling and texting customers and embedding these operations into Hubspot has been very easy.

Also, very good customer support (typically answer in <1 day or are live online) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

When there are large blasts (200+ SMS sends at a time) delivery has been slow sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Salesmsg?

It is easy to setup and use and offers amazing features

like a collaborative inbox, canned messages, scheduling and integrations galore

I have used it for several years and have no problems with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

It can be a bit clunky and slow compared with a "real" cellphone or maybe even twilio.

The phone app is crashing every now and then - I don't own a super-fast phone, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sending canned messages with merge fields from my CRM to users and they can respond back

Ease of Integration and Setup compared to others
