It seems the mobile notifications are somewhat hit and miss, and the inbox doesn't always auto refresh on pc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I generally avoid logging into the web portal and focus my work directly in Hubspot. The Salesmsg pop isn't bad, but it is on the small side, Wish we could expand the pop up to be bigger and wish we had the ability to select a different phone number when the contact has multiple numbers on file. We love the following about salesmsg:
Zapier integration - I can connect it to just about anything to ensure that text confirmations and information requests are submitted in a timely fashion
Call recording - I live the option to return to a call and listen or see what was said during the call.
Shared number - it's great to be about actually have a centralized business line that we can direct all traffic to Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the app does not respond quickly and doesn't show recent activity.
The app does not support Bluetooth connections, so I can only use speakerphone or hold the phone to my ear Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
