Love the automated text messages you can send out to prospects to remind them of upcoming meetings. Hubspot integration is fantastic. Can run multiple numbers and view each inbox with a single click in the same window. Implementation was quick and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI is a bit boring and plain.

Able to send texts to my leads which provides an additional path to communicate.
I am using Hubspot Desktop, and I also have Salesmsg open in another tab in my browser to follow up all of the responses without having to retrieve the individual lead in hubspot.

when you go to send text from hubspot desktop. it opens as a blank panel. with the open navigation closed, and the hubspot screen behind is greyed out. If the default could be Open navigation open, this would allow you to remember which lead you are messaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciate how easy Salesmsg is to use, right from your desktop. I appreciate also, that we can create effective templates to allow us to be more efficient. We also can see immediate answers and respond accordingly. I like that we can keep it up in the background and tell when we have a response with out disturbing our flow of operations. Salesmsg is a very simple platform and easy to use to communicate with our customers. While we don't use it to blast offers and specials to customers, we do use it as a central text line for our company. It has streamlined our order communication to one central location instead of our individual phones and need to track down different team members to find info about a project. This has certainly alleviated some of the rough spots in our company's workflow and communication. Salesmsg is the third platform we have tried out and the one we have liked the most and stuck with. I would like to see the ability to have multiple logins for the same phone number. This would allow us to track WHO is talking to which customer at which times so we can better track who is working on projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SalesMsg has allowed us to create text messaging cadences to coincide with our email campaigns. Using tags and filters makes it easy to ensure the correct people are getting the correct messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
