The platform helps streamline communication with customers, making it easier to stay connected. One of the biggest strengths is their customer support. CJ has been very responsive and consistently follows up with me, even when I’m busy managing other responsibilities. That level of attention and support makes a big difference.

**What do you dislike about Salesmsg?**

I am currently working through setting up automation for contacts, and there have been a few technical challenges along the way. It has taken some time to fully implement the process, especially when integrating and testing automation. However, the support team is actively assisting, which helps move things forward.

Salesmsg helps me manage customer communication more efficiently, especially for SMS marketing and outreach. **What do you like best about Salesmsg?**

I like that with Salesmsg my messages are collected for me apart from my team, keeping all my stuff organized in my own area. It's easy to use, and its scheduling feature is a breeze. The ability to leave myself a note on my messages as reminders is handy since, like most people, I tend to forget things. Salesmsg is super user-friendly, and even someone like me who's not very tech-savvy can figure out how to use it, which I find beneficial for anyone in the sales industry looking to connect with their contacts easily.

**What do you dislike about Salesmsg?**

One thing that could be improved is the analytics. I am able to pull my text message report, but it took me a long time to figure out how to do it. Some 'how-tos' on how to fully utilize the analytics portion of Salesmsg would be super useful for someone who really is motivated by the numbers.

Salesmsg helps me schedule meetings across time zones and review messages easily. It collects my messages separately from the team, has an easy scheduling feature, and lets me leave notes on messages to remind myself of things.

**What do you like best about Salesmsg?**

The most helpful aspect of Salesmsg is their team, who are always readily available to make sure you’re getting the most out of the features. The upsides include having all your contacts in one place, mass texting, and campaigns that make it easy to continually connect with people. I just started using it 4 months ago and it was so simple to learn the features as well as implement them into daily communication. This is a tool I use daily and it makes my job so much easier.

**What do you dislike about Salesmsg?**

The least helpful thing is not being able to contact someone who has opted out of a campaign. Some of the people I connect with just didn't want to be on an automatic text plan but still wanted info from me and I couldn't contact them.

**What problems is Salesmsg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salemsg is solving a productivity problem. I could not possibly text everyone I need to text in the amount of time I have. It makes a big task manageable. With Salemsg I'm able to contact all the people I need within seconds. This saves me time for more essential tasks within my job. At the end of the day, I am more productive because I am able to focus on the bigger tasks.

The active and focused integration with HubSpot. Always exciting to see them post about their newest updates.

We use installation contractors and having a "group" login is really tedious. Wish there was a better way to add users to an inbox for these purposes. Sometimes the specific individual contractors change but the company retains the inbox and login.

**What problems is Salesmsg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer communications and reminders. The interface helps me see what issues are being responded to or not by my team across inboxes. It's integration with HubSpot helps to track all the communications cleanly.

I love how user-friendly Salesmsg is! It definitely makes the process of reaching out to leads post-phone call a lot easier. My favorite feature is the canned messages if you use the same message a lot!

There is nothing really noteworthy about what I dislike. Maybe being able close messages automatically after sending instead of manually having to close them out.

**What do you like best about Salesmsg?**

It's so easy to use and I can have it in Slack, HubSpot, and on the app. I know I'll never miss a message. I really like the HubSpot integration. It works smoothly which is not the case for all apps that integrate with HubSpot. I've been super impressed by this integration and the ease of use.

**What do you dislike about Salesmsg?**

The only downside isn't really their fault but has to do with SMS in general but the set up and approval process took a long time. It wasn't difficult there's just time in between each step for things to be reviewed and approved. But you've gotta do it to legally do texting this way. I do wish they were a little more upfront about how long it takes to get started/how long before you can actually SEND a message.

**What problems is Salesmsg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've already been able to reduce meeting no-shows with reminders, reschedule meetings that weren't confirmed, and avoid losing those meetings, and even do some helpful follow up when emails weren't being opened. We've even sent reminders a few minutes into a meeting where someone didn't join and they were able to join after seeing the reminder text.

It is easy to use; it works well with HubSpot. No challenges when doing a heavy workload. Lots of options. Easy to set up and connect to your CRM. We use it daily. Great report features.

For us, the option to send both mass texts and one-to-one texts is great. The reporting also connects well with HubSpot, and the customer support has been excellent.

I like how easy it is to contact all customers in our CRM system via one platform using Salesmsg. The alerts are distinct for received messages, which is great because it's not obnoxious while staying open all day on my laptop. Salesmsg allows for all-day contact without being intrusive, keeping it in the background while I do other work. The initial setup was also very easy and fast.

It would be nice to have more channel options for different groups, like categories of Important vs not as high priority.

The Salesforce integration and the ability to add Salesmsg SMS webhooks to Salesforce flows have been really helpful. It lets us keep both email and SMS together within a single Salesforce flow, which makes the process much more streamlined.

**What do you dislike about Salesmsg?**

We’d love to see the Salesforce integration built out further. For example, we use Salesmsg SMS webhooks in Flows, but right now I can’t use merge fields in webhook templates unless those fields are on the primary Contact object. As a result, I have to create workarounds whenever I need to pull in fields from a child object.

We find the most engagement from leads when we couple emails with a text message. Salesmsg allows us to couple emails with Salesmsg webhooks in our email drip campaign flows.

I like that Salesmsg works well for text messaging and phone calls from the phone. It integrates well with HubSpot and make.com, and there are constant, continuous improvements and development from the development team. The software is a single tool with more robust features, better pricing, and impressive development improvements. It makes things very easy for us, and the initial setup was very easy. All these aspects save me time and reduce the number of tasks I need to do.

On occasion, it causes Bluetooth connection problems from my phone. But other than that, everything's great.

I would definitely add a dark mode. Some of the looks of it can be very daunting on the eyes a little with the excessive light background. I just think that the dark mode would not only spice things up a bit and also kinda change things up, but it would just be a lot more easier on the eyes since we are already dealing with a lot of blue light in our lives as it is. So, yeah, dark mode would definitely be helpful.

I use Salesmsg for marketing, and it really saves me time. With the filters, I can send messages to different groups at once, and I love that it syncs with HubSpot so I can merge my contacts effortlessly, without having to input anything manually.

I did not like that I couldn’t use my 14 days free trial because by the time it was verified etc it was over.

I like that Salesmsg has a really clean outline and is very user-friendly. Everything is pretty much right where you expect to find it. Having the phone option has been the most valuable to me. Also, being able to leave voicemails without disturbing a client is a nice feature. The initial setup was pretty easy, taking only a few minutes from my side.

**What do you dislike about Salesmsg?**

Figuring out the notifications could be easier. I've missed a couple calls because the notifications didn't go off even though my volume was at full on my computer and I'm not sure why the notifications take off. So I have to resolve that.

I use Salesmsg for remote communication, resolving the need for a sales office line by providing a phone number. It ensures legitimate client interactions and offers a clear communication timeline through messages and phone calls.

The app also makes this very easy to work on the road.

If there is a way to disable GROUP CHAT, I'd like to know more about that, please.   If a current customer adds in a colleague to the group chat that is not set-up as a contact, the conversation can be hard to follow.

I appreciate the convenience of having everything on one platform for mass messaging and calling, eliminating the need to switch between different platforms. The mass messaging feature stands out, being much easier to use than previous tools. I like how Salesmsg continues to support our needs, making operations smoother.

In terms of calling, sometimes the performance could be better. It seems dependent on Wi-Fi connectivity, which can be unreliable. A feature to leverage cellular networks for calls would be a beneficial improvement.

It allows you to call and text multiple clients on different platforms. It also allows you to keep a logs of  all incoming outgoing communications

You do have to remember to putting your Settings away. If not, it will call you when you’re making outgoing text.

It allows multiple users to assist multiple clients and have a visual track of conversations. This allows anyone to pick up where the last person left off and provide excellent service.

Salesmsg is great because it allows me to switch between texts and emails seamlessly while I'm working allowing me to reach all my customers without ruining the workflow. Salesmsg lets me contact multiple clients at the same time right from my workstation. I like the fact though that it connects to all the other software we use especially Hubspot which makes contacting leads easy.

Sales Message is very helpful and convenient to use. Most patients don’t want to answer calls because they are busy or tired, and this tool makes communication much easier. It really helps me a lot since I can still get all the information I need without disturbing the patients too much.

That I can't answer the patient call. I hope I can have that option too.
