For me, Rewatch was the missing piece for remote work. I can't stress how much it has made me more aware of my teammates and what they are working on, sharing in their successes and going along for the problem-solving journey without having to drop everything I am doing to read their slack channels or join a zoom meeting in synchronous time. Many of my dislikes have been addressed in various updates. From simple UI quality-of-life features to adding more complex things like video highlights. As someone with an auditory processing disorder, Rewatch is a match made in heaven for keeping up with what's happening in work meetings and town halls. This platform simplifies the process of clipping videos, sharing them with others, and organizing them into series and collections. Its user-friendly interface makes it straightforward to navigate and utilize. My interactions with customer service have been consistently positive. Love this tool. Automatic summary generator for the recorded meetings is awesome and saves a lot of time as you don't need to attend all the meetings or go through the recording. Effortlessly transforming previous meetings, trainings, and presentations into a seamlessly organized knowledge base, the enhanced AI features have further elevated the experience. The biggest upside of Rewatch for me is the AI summaries, since I now know what should I expect from a recorded meeting and if it is worth watching 100% of it. I use Rewatch every time I am not able to join a meeting, to see what was discussed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
