Recording calls so you can go back and see what was said. Speach is converted to text and you can comment and highlight text to go to that section of a video to rewatch it. It sometimes works to search keywords and find all the meetings that covered that topic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Transcriptions could be better. You can't link to a specific word, only a section of text as defined by the system. The slack integration posts every time a comment is made on a video. I wish you could more easily configure the video settings like in Loom. Things like ability to make the face icon a circle, turn the face on or off by clicking it. Adjust video and display settings without the need for so many clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My favorite part about Rewatch is automations you can create with it! I enjoy the AI recap, but even BETTER than that is the ability to have the recap and the recording of the video automatically send to everyone on the call. This makes my job a whole lot easier. While Rewatch does an excellent job of keeping its features streamlined, I am ready for a few more. I'd love to see more customization around automations, and some housekeeping features that would make the platform even easier to use! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With companies having such a variety of meeting solutions, Rewatch acts as your company's aggregator with better AI summaries and closed captioning than the native platforms like Zoom, Meet, Teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For admins, if Rewatch team could work on additional reporting capabilities. Either in the form of scheduled reports or streaming. The rewatch metrics could also be better with more analytics which can tie directly into some of the internal KPIs we are tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to integrate with the best video call platforms (Zoom, Meets, etc.) and automatically upload recordings and generate multiple languages transcriptions almost real-time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It should have a billing discount for read-only accounts (people who never upload content but only consume it), so we could make everyone in the company adopt it. It would be positive because those users could potentially find a use case and become full-paid accounts shortly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The "collections" is amazing. It helps to keep external and internal recordings organized.
The AI summary feature helps not to forget the key points of the meeting, although the summary by itself can be unnessasry long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the downsides is that it does not remember you and requires you to log in every time.
Filtering the recording by the specific speaker or user is not intuitive enough. It would be beneficial to see the "timeline" of each speaker and quickly jump to a particular minute. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Helpful for catching up on meetings I could not attend, quickly search in the transcription and going to that moment in the meeting to watch the conversation / presentation
- Integrations with tools such as Zoom to automate ingestion of video
- Auto summary Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Video editing functionality is quite limited to my understanding. Ability to cut parts from middle of a meeting would be ideal (use case: pause/break in a meeting), trimming beginning and end is a bit too limited.
- Maybe functionality to improve quality of bad audio might be nice too
- Analytics are quite basic (interactions / views) you don't see where are people scrubbing (as you can on YouTube) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great way to document and keep track of your meetings. It has all but eliminated me missing any request made durring my meetings. Streamlines meeting notes. Never having to go back to the customer and ask them to repeat themselves on a task they have already asked for has elevated the professional standard for our department. I use it everyday durring the work week. The fract that you can preschedule the bot to jump into a Teams meeting automatically is awesome, great intergration. Nothing really comes to mind on this one. Everything is streamline and efficiant Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Saves a lot of admin time. The interface makes sense, and once you set up your preferences and app integrations, it feels effortless. Rewatch automatically pulls video from Zoom and generates an intelligent written summary and a full transcript. Once you Publish the video, anyone with access automatically receives an email with a link. Creating Folders is easy and organizes your recordings so it's easy to find older recordings. No more hunting on Google Drive or Slack or pestering colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Trying really hard to think of a downside... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Rewatch completely revolutionized how we handle video content and team collaboration. Its super easy to use allowing everyone on our team to pick it up fast and get going. Rewatch integrates seamlessly with our existing communication methods making video collaboration a breeze for our team. We heavily rely on it for storing and sharing meeting recordings training sessions and presentations. Its incredible search feature for pinpointing specific video segments is a gamechanger. It not only saves us time but also streamlines knowledge sharing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Rewatch app needs improvement on phones and tablets. Its good on computers but using it on mobile devices isnt as easy. Since a lot of work happens when we are not in the office making the mobile app better would really help the people on our team who are not always at their desks. One thing I like is that I can do screen recordings to save me time on meetings. I also like that ReWatch will catch the beginning of meetings when I send my recorder just in case I'm late or have another overlapping meeting. I don't miss anything! I also like the use of the analytics. I can see who was speaking the most during meetings, which gives me insight into how much I am contributing. The summaries are the best part. I use project management software where I can easily link or copy and paste the summaries and takeaways into tasks! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I dislike is that sometimes I forget that I have the recorder on, and it can make people uncomfortable if I forget to announce that it will be there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
