    What do you like best about ResiDex?

    With RTasks software, I can focus on the important data, and not get stuck in checking a bunch of irrelevant boxes. Assessments and incident reports cue me by asking relevant questions, and those answers are used to automatically create dozen of required reports and policies, each also customizable in collaboration with our RTasks rep. I'm a 411 level user, which means I've met with ResiDex staff to get more in-depth training and now can make RTasks work for our organization on a highly-individualized level with just a few clicks. If I do have a question or a suggestion, I always get quick follow ups from our rep, either implementing changes or directing me to another solution. If I am tackling a particular project, I'm always able to make an appointment to have all my questions answered at once. They keep track of the MN requirements for Assisted Living Facilities, so I trust that we will always be up to date addressing the latest survey trends. Their Audits function makes creating infection control policies and Emergency Preparedness so straightforward. I am really looking forward to integrating our orientation and nursing delegation process into RTasks with the LMS expansion coming up. Tracking potential residents through the Prospects profile helps keep all my data in one place, accessible to those who need it, and carries over into their resident profile with a few clicks. We use the eFax service so visit notes and new order are received by RTasks where I can process them immediately, and not have to wait to find them laying in a tray on our fax machine. They even have a drag/drop site (RTasks Send) to share with families who want to securely send us important documents. With RTasks, I'm able to manage my staff training, disciplinary history, supervisions, certifications, and track their compliance with reading care plans and charting. I am on-call at other facilities and can easily look through charts to know what are the latest updates on a resident. If RTasks could manage my own household too, I'd probably sign up for it at home! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    What do you dislike about ResiDex?

    I came from using Epic, so there are times I wish I could access info from multiple areas, rather than having to pull up a different area of the chart. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
