Rent Manager offers all the components you need to run a property management company. It is easy to learn, easy to implement all aspects of your business. As a third party property manager we rely heavily on the accounting and workorder systems to bill our Clients. Their product support is phenomenal. The staff is always helpful, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the product. Also, the product itself is great. They have functions in the program for everything that we need when it comes to owning, leasing, and managing our properties. There are so many features in Rent Manager. The program is so vast and in-depth that it is overwhelming to learn at times. I wish we had more time to learn and use more functions that they offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best of RM has everything, you do not have to use any other program, is so simple, communication, creating templates, easy to implement, sending text, notes, and payments. Hiow much easier it makes our job. We manage just over 200 properties and it is just one manger for 200 that is amazing. Most ocmpanies have one per 50 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Rent manager is almost 100% customizable, perfect for almost every property management system. You're able to build the system and customize reports to exactly what your company needs, as well as work with an amazing IT department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While it's almost 100% customizable, there are some limitations with it's scripting in TWA and Express that cannot be changed. It's almost counter intuitive considering how much you're able to change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
