Rent Manager Pricing Overview

Everything I'm looking for is easy to find. It's intuitive. I always find everything where I expect to find them. Yardi was hard to learn, annoying to use, and nothing was ever where I expected it to be. Rent Manager is a much better experience. They have excellent customer support; I can call and speak to a real person for assistance if I need to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer support and training is severely lacking. Found out today they don't even have a template for a rent increase letter. We are still going to have to export data to Excel and do a mail merge with a Word doc. When I called for support, he just said, "yeah, I'm surprised we don't have one". Also the initial training is limited to a certain number of days, so make sure you are 100% ready to go and understand exactly what date they will need before signing up, otherwise your timed trainings will run out and you'll be left with a mess to clean up.
