Rent Manager has been one of the best platforms to operate on for the utility recapture. Everything is very user friendly and easy to pull multiple pieces of information with just a few clicks. Customer support was very helpful when I needed them and I did not sit on hold for tons of time. I use rent manager to assist with my day to day operations for the majority of my time and never get frustrated with not being able to complete the task I need to complete. I would like to state that customer service is extremely helpful whereas they can take control of the software if needed and can access different setting in the system depending on what issue you have. I really like that RM has so much to offer. I've been with RM for a few years now and still not using all of its features. There's so much that this software offers; it's amazing. I also appreciate the customer service team they have. They have always been pleasant to work with and help me with all my needs and friendly. I'm so glad they can shadow in on my screen to have a better idea on what I need help with. Their yearly conferences are super helpful and classes are informative. Good networking too! Occassionally I run into tasks that I wish could be customized , and most things can be, but it's rare I come across something. Another thing I don't like is the user fee is priced high. We already pay to use the service every month and then we have to pay an additional monthly fee for each user. Last, the integrations are not as easy as they sound. It's a ton of information and so many questions arise and it's overwhelming. Eventually you'll catch on though. It's a learning process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Downloading the program was immediate. I could not believe how it was instantly downloaded to our computers. It is overwhelming the amount of options Rent Manager provides, however, they each have their place and can improve the ease in which you navigate your business. We use Rent Manager in many capacities, from regular home rentals, to storage units, to our RV campground. It is versatile for many types of rental businesses.
