What do you like best about Rent Manager?

Multiple owners can be managed within one location, as it is called in Rent Manager, rather than having to create separate companies for every owner, like in Quickbooks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rent Manager?

RM is working on an online version which is still missing many features which make the desktop version so efficient, but there is no bank or cc import feature available in the desktop version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rent Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great integrated package for all accounting functions and lease management. Our business depends on Rent Manager. I have been using it for almost a year, and there are still many other helpful features to be explored. We are a small company, and I believe this product is also appropriate for larger companies. What do you like best about Rent Manager?

I like how easy Rent Manager is to personalize to the most granular level in user privlages. I LOVE how easy it is to consolidate financials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rent Manager?

We have been using Rent Manager for over a decade. It is easy, the provide resources for training, and we like the customer service we recieve from tech support and the premier team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rent Manager?

The rmExpress version is hard to work with. It's nice in a pinch or on the fly but to operate a business you have to use the desktop version which isn't ideal for someone like myself that is traveling between properties all day. The app suite does help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rent Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Rent Manager to run the entire business. It handles marketing, leasing, collections, payables, and much more. We also communicate with our vendors and customers inside of Rent Manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The AP aspect of the program is not very versatile and flexible. Coming from using Quickbooks in the past, many transactions are complicated to record or modify Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
