Rent Manager is a great software option for property management. My favorite part about using this software is their dedicated customer support/ tech teams. They are always helpful and make sure all of my needs are met before ending our calls! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Rent Manager has options for everything you might need to properly oversee your property. If I had to pick something to improve, I'd say some steps can be a bit labor intensive and I'd like to see that more streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The more I have used RM, the more I've realized what it can do. And anytime I have had questions, I have been able to contact a person through customer service within seconds of calling. They have helped show me different parts of the software and patiently explained things until I have a full understanding. I love that the accounting, tenant profiles, Prospects, and owner profiles are all in one place. The support team is fantastic and has always helped resolve my problems within one day. I also would suggest the conference that rent manager does yearly . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like that the uploading in tenant history is more effortless. I can not think of anything I dislike about Rent Manager at this time. I want to learn how to make moving one tenant from one unit to another to show where they have moved from and to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The support lines are very well at assisting their clients in solving adverse issues from accounting to scripting. The software is very user friendly and east to learn about through their RMU program to lead you through all the different features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm not too fond of the idea that you can only upload one photo at a time, and it takes a very long time when you do upload pictures for your rentals. I wish Rent Manager was a little more advanced on mac books because downloads and uploads take twice as long on a mac. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ease of use. When you run into an issue it can be quickly remedied. The customer support is outstanding and are always quickly able to resolve issues within just a few minutes. We use the system daily and rarely run into any issues that can't be quickly fixed by clicking an outside button or adjusting a permission. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
