Rent Manger is by far the most user friendly and all encompassing software builty to be used buy the small comany to a larger company and allowing you to manage all types of real estate. SFH, Multi-family, HOA, Commercial, Short Term, Camp Ground, you name it they got you covered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not much tio dislike, but if i had to say anything, it would be the slow roll out of new features they introduce. I understand these things take time, but it wooud be helpfu if when they announce a new feature it was rolled out very shortly thereafter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of my primary roles is onboarding new hires. I've found the program easy to use but more importantly, those that I train on the program quickly gain proficiency in its use. At its base it is a very intuitive program. But the way that you can customize it to specific job roles means that you can bring you and your teams job performance to a whole new level. From creating lease document packets to report customization and automation, you can create a user role specific to your needs. Most impressive though is their customer service. In addition to our Residential portfolio, we have Commercial properties. While Rent Manager works exceptionally well with Residential, there's opportunity in their Commercial applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it would be nice to see an interface with different colors. Customer support has been great in helping me figure out settings and how to perform functions within Rent Manager! I love that they continue adding features and integration partners and updating existing services. I like being able to text and email directly from Rent Manager and have the notes instantly go to the history notes for reference with date and time stamp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The length of time going through the menu and waiting for customer support to get on the line, but lately, I've seen that length of time is improving. I get a better response time if I call early in the morning. I've disliked the severe lag in the RmUpload in the past and wish improvements could be made to get documents to load and be accessible more quickly as this delay is a big time waster, however, I've started to notice an improvement in this feature.
